    Vanderbilt: Athletic director David Williams is back at home recovering after being hospitalized with a health issue that led to a procedure at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Williams hopes to be back in the office within the next few weeks.

    Washington University (D-III – MO): Illinois assistant athletic director for development Chris Peacock has been named deputy director of athletics.

    Xavier: Susan Cross Lipnickey has been hired as associate athletics director for student-athlete welfare and senior woman administrator. She comes to Xavier from Miami (Ohio).

    Fresno State: Fresno State president Joseph Castro has announced the formation of a 15-member search committee and the hiring of search firm DHR International to find a new athletics director. The school hopes to have a new AD on board in early 2015.
