    New York Institute of Technology (D-II): Duane Bailey has been named NYIT’s new athletics director.

    UAB: Mark Ingram has officially be introduced as the new athletic director.

    Appalachian State: Deputy AD Rick Beasley has announced his retirement, effective June 30.

    Texas Tech: Texas Tech has announced the hiring of Kansas State senior associate athletics director for development Chad Weiberg as deputy athletics director.

    California: Interim AD Mike Williams is expected to be named Cal’s next full-time AD according to Mike Vernon of the San Francisco Chronicle.

    Syracuse: Terry Donovan will not return as Syracuse athletics department’s chief financial officer. He is the second administrator to leave his post following the departure of AD Darryl Gross.

    Furman (FCS – SC): Gary Clark, who has been Furman’s AD the past 15 years, has decided to step down but will remain at Furman to assist in the transition to a new athletic director.

    Western Illinois (FCS): Deputy AD Matt Tanney has been named interim athletics director.

    Grambling (FCS – LA): Obadiah Simmons has been named interim athletics director.

    Kansas State: K-State has announced a one-year extension for athletics director John Currie with a raise to $775,000 a year. Why it’s a (small) step forward in the ongoing NCAA revolution.

    Syracuse: Syracuse has now posted the AD job.

    Anderson (D-III – IN): According to the Anderson Observer, Clemson executive associate AD for IPTAY external affairs Bill D’Andrea will be named Anderson’s new AD.

    Virginia Tech: Pete Moris has been named associate AD for strategic communications. Moris has been at Oklahoma since 2012 as the assistant AD for communications.

    UC Davis: Athletic director Terry Tumey recently stepped down to “pursue other opportunities” and Teresa Gould (the wife of UC Davis head coach Ron Gould) has been named interim AD, and is a candidate for the permanent position.
