Tennessee: We are hearing that Tennessee DFO David Blackburn will be moving into another position within the athletic department, working with AD Mike Hamilton.

FIU: Jeff Malley is the new DFO.  We hear Shawn Burns will assume the operations assistant position.

Georgia State: Sarah Gigantino has been named director of football operations.  Gigantino served the last three years as the DFO at Northeastern, which dropped its football program in January.

Arizona Wildcats: Former Texas Tech staffer David Emerick has joined the Arizona staff as assistant DFO / recruiting coordinator.
