Tulsa: We hear former Tulsa player Kyle Grooms has accepted the director of football operations position.

Technology Update: A number of teams appear to have taken the opportunity this offseason to upgrade their use of technology.  Two of the largest drivers of change appear to be "mobile" and "compliance".  On the mobile front, a sea of programs have reported to us that they are or have switched to an "Apple" backbone (Macs, iPhones, iPads, etc...).  On the compliance end of things, it seems that nearly everyone is adding resources and many programs have switched service providers.  In fact, we noted that approximately 10 programs have switched to Jump Forward.  Yesterday's announcement that Hudl has acquired DSV is certain to impact nearly all of us in some way.  Let us know what you are hearing regarding technology trends or new or innovative companies or products out there (email Scott@FootballScoop.com).  One last note, we are seeing a dramatic increase in the number of programs using "behind the scenes" video to promote the team.  We frequently feature these as our Video of the Day on the homepage. If your program is doing these, let us know and we'll get you on the site.
