Salesian (Los Angeles, CA): Salesian HS is looking for an offensive coordinator for the 2018-2019 football season. We are in a rebuilding mode and this is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic coach to come in and be part of something special. Right now this is a walk on position with a stipend. Anyone that is interested please send head coach Ariel Bellofiore your resume to [email protected].

New Research: 3 Necessities in Defending RPOs from 4-2-5 Structures – The entire premise of an RPO offense lies in its ability to slow down defenses post-snap. Which is why it’s important for DCs to give their players some comfortability to play fast by building adjustments within their system. It’s a philosophy that Laguna Hills High School (CA) defensive coordinator Marty Albert has used to curtail the big play potential that RPOs present. In his exclusive X&O Labs clinic report, he details the three methods he uses in his 4-2-5 scheme to defend RPOs– muddying the QB’s read, altering B gap responsibility and blitzing the read defender. Click here to read the report.

Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ): Desert Edge HS is looking for a out of state opponent for the 2018 and 2019 seasons. We would like to schedule it out for the 2 year block where we travel one year and host one year. Looking to travel to any neighboring state. Next year we will be a 4A school in the state of AZ with an enrollment of around 1700. If you are interested please email [email protected].
