Northern Guilford (NC): We hear defensive coordinator Robert Thomas has been promoted to head coach.

Deltona (FL): Sources tell us BJ Johnson is the new head coach.

North Forsyth (GA): Sources tell us that Dutchtown HS (GA) head coach Jason Galt has accepted the head coaching job.

Hoover (Fresno, CA): Hoover HS is seeking a varsity OL and RB coach. One year minimum experience. Email resume to fbcoachhunter@gmail.com.

Goshen (IN): Sources tell us that assistant coach Mike Biller will not return to the staff. Biller had served as an assistant at Goshen HS for the past 29 seasons.

Hammond (MD): Hammond HS in Columbia, MD is seeking a varsity offensive line coach. This is a paid position. Must have knowledge of zone schemes specifically and gap schemes. Tift County (GA): Sources tell us head coach John Reid has hired Alonzo Hampton as defensive backs coach. Hampton coached defensive backs at Western Kentucky in 2011-12.

Ipswich (MA): Greg Brotherton is the new head coach at Ipswich HS. 

Nelson County (VA): Mark Poston has been hired as head coach. 

Archbishop Riordan (San Francisco, CA): Head coach Richard Sweeney has been let go after two seasons at the school. 

Hays (TX): San Antonio Roosevelt HS (TX) head coach Neal LaHue is the new head coach.

Harnett Central (NC): Dave Thomas has been promoted to head coach.

Clarke Central (GA): Sources tell us that defensive coordinator Ahren Self will be promoted to head coach.

Bradwell Institute (GA): Head coach Jim Walsh Jr. will not have his contract renewed for next season.

Anclote (FL): Anclote High School in Holiday, FL is seeking young, motivated coaches to fill open positions. Candidates with experience in the 3-5 scheme are preferred. These are stipend positions ONLY. No teaching positions are available at this time. Candidates should be available for off season conditioning and Spring football starting May 1st. Sapin Park (AL): Head coach Chip Lindsey has accepted an off the field role on Gus Malzahn's staff at Auburn. Lindsey spent the 2010 season coaching the quarterbacks at Troy.

Vainney (MO): Fort Zumwalt West HS (MO) head coach Paul Day has accepted the head coaching job.

Simms (MT): Former Boise State player, and Montana State assistant coach, Joe O'Brien has been hired as the head coach at Simms HS.

Gunn (Palo Alto, TX): Shinichi Hirano has been named head coach.

Bandera (TX): Bandera HS is seeking applicants for their head coach / athletic director vacancies.

Kings Academy (TN): Former Powell HS (TN) head coach Matt Lowe has been hired to lead the program.

Lincoln (AL): Sources tell us that Brad Wallace will be the new head coach.

Lampasas (TX): The head coach and athletic director position is open.

Poway (CA): Athletic director Dan Crane will step down on June 30 after 10 years at the school.

Baldwin (PA): Pete Wagner has been approved as the program's new head coach.

Talladega (AL): Sources tell us that head coach Chris Mahand will not return next season.

Fairbury (NE): Sources tell us the head coaching position is open at Fairbury. 

Palisades Charter High (CA): Tim Hyde is the new head coach at Palisades Charter High School. Hyde served as defensive coordinator at Crespi in 2012 and as defensive coordinator at Ventura College prior to that. 

Los Altos (CA): Trevor Pruitt has been hired as head coach. He served as the offensive coordinator at Mountain View (CA) for the past two years. 

Cape Fear (NC): Jacob Thomas has accepted the head coaching job. Thomas spent the past two seasons as defensive coordinator.

Schuylerville (NY): Former Ballston Spa HS (NY) head coach John Bowen has been named head coach.

Petersburg (VA): Petersburg HS in Petersburg, VA is looking for 2 assistant football coaches. Mehlville (MO): Kent Heinemann has been tabbed as Mehlville high school's new head coach.

Mt. Pisgah (GA): Head coach Doug Dixon has decided to step down. Defensive coordinator Mike Forester has been promoted to head coach.

Del Mar (CA): Bryan Beacraft has been named head coach at Del Mar HS. He spent the past four seasons as the head JV coach at Leland HS (CA).

Gaston (AL): Head coach Josh Averett has resigned.

Brookline (MA): The Brookline HS head coaching job is open and they are now accepting applicants.

York (Elmhurst, IL): York HS is seeking an athletic director.

Lake Station (IN): Head coach Mike Hepp will not return next season. We hear assistant coach Rich Lunsford will serve as head coach moving forward.

North Posey (IN): Head coach Joe Gengelbach has decided to retire after 44 years at the school, serving the past 42 years as head coach.

Frederick (OK): Radford Snelding VII has been hired as head coach. 

Loyola Prep (LA): Alan Carter has been hired as head coach. He previously served in this position for the 1982-83 seasons, compiling an 11-9 record. 

Cuyahoga Falls (OH): Head coach Mike Miller has resigned to focus on his duties as the high school principal.

Franklin County (MS): Sources tell us former Pearl River CC defensive coordinator Jim Nowell has been hired as head coach at Franklin County. 

East Kentwood (MI): Sources tell us Brebeuf Jesuit Prep (IN) head coach Ryan Gallogly will be the next head coach at East Kentwood HS.

Terra Haute South (IN): Head coach Mark Raetz has stepped down after six seasons.

Tahlequah (Sequoyah, GA): Shane Richardson has been promoted to head coach after serving as the interim head coach for the past few months.

Southwest DeKalb (GA): Buck Godfrey has announced his retirement after 30 years at the school. Godfrey won a state championship in 1995 and his 273 victories rank 15th in state history. 

Cedar Springs (MI): Gus Kapolka has been hired as head coach. 

St. Charles North (IL): Elk Grove HS (IL) assistant head coach / defensive coordinator Robert Pomazak is the new head coach.

Martinsville (VA): Former Virginia Tech player Orion martin has accepted the head coaching job.

Whitehouse (TX): Offensive coordinator Adam Cook has been promoted to head coach.

Danville (KY): Henderson County HS (KY) head coach Clay Clevenger is leaving to take over the head coaching job at Danville HS.

Freedom (South Ridge, VA): Sources tell us Grafton HS (VA) head coach Jared Van Acker is expected to be approved as the program's new head coach tonight.

Worth County (GA): Jason Tone has accepted the head coaching job.

Cobb Christian (GA): Head coach Harry Miles has resigned.

Indianapolis Northwest (IN): Head coach Aaron Sauter has resigned to pursue other coaching opportunities.

Miami (OK): Northeastern Oklahoma A&M defensive coordinator James Cheatham will be the new athletic director and head coach.

Southlands Christian (CA): Southlands Christian HS in Walnut CA is searching for an OC/QB coach. Information regarding  teaching positions will be made available in May. Three years of HS or college coaching experience, demonstrated ability to coach QB required.  College QB playing experience is a plus. Position includes a significant stipend + trigger + incentives.
