The FootballScoop Video of the Year finalists - non-FBS division

The guys operating at the sub-FBS level don't have the resources - money or manpower - of their FBS counterparts. Whether you're building a team or creating a highlight video, the name of the game at this level is getting the absolute most out of what is at your disposal. And that means video has never been more important in helping small college programs grow. A program in Oregon, for example, can't put an assistant coach on an airplane and send him on a whim to Texas or southern California, but you can email or tweet a video to anyone in the world.

Video is the medium recruits are looking for, and these finalists sold their programs better than anyone.

Linfield College - Spring Football: "The Difference (Light Em Up)"

University of St. Thomas - 2012 Highlight Tape

Southern Oregon - "Team of Firsts" 3rd Trailer

Otterbein - Hype Video

South Dakota State - We are the Jackrabbits

St. Olaf - Open 2012

Once again, we will leave the final decision up to our celebrity guest panel. No one knows quality football entertainment better than these four gentlemen. They are SI senior writer Andy Staples, Bleacher Report lead college football writer Adam Kramer, Smart Football editor and author Chris Brown and SB Nation managing editor Brian Floyd.

The winners will be revealed on Monday, but we have no doubt in saying each of these finalists has produced a video that's a winner on the recruiting trail.
