Video: Colby College pitches their program to recruits

Interesting video here from Colby College, a D-III program in central Maine, aimed at recruits where they explain their program and recruiting philosophy to potential student athletes.

While the coaches explain the traits that they look for in potential student athletes and some of the traditions behind the program a highlight film rolls, and current players challenge recruits and ask them what traits they can bring to the program. Later on, faculty members weigh in on what they like about the football program and what it brings to the college community.

The facilities, stretching from the football field and weight room to the dining hall (which is considered to be one of the top 5 in the country), are also featured in the clip.

Colby finished 3-5 last season, and this video is definitely an effort to attract the type of recruits that they need to get the the program on the right track. Very good idea here.
