Video: Nutrition according to 'The U'

Miami's "Mind Games" series is now about 60 quality episodes deep, and this clip goes inside the nutritional aspect of the football program.

"Nutrition is a very important part of the entire strength and conditioning program, but it's probably also one of the most overlooked parts of the program." Dr. Tony Musto, Miami's nutrition specialist explains in the clip.

Dr. Musto then goes on to break down how they teach their student athletes the three vital phases of sport nutrition, or as they call it "R3".
