Video: Ball State brings pro wrestling themed reward to the weight room

This video out of Ball State is personally guaranteed to be the most entertaining two minutes of your day.

Strength coach Dave Feeley and his staff set up a 90% max on their squat day earlier in the week week and added a special WWE themed reward for the guys who got the job done.

"We were watching some pro wrestling one night as a strength staff, and decided 'We should probably do something like that. It will get the kids fired up and really break up the monotony of the season.'"

I could simply explain what they decided to do, but the video really does capture the emotions better. Excellent idea here by the guys in Muncie, IN to spice things up.
