USA Today provides flashback look at college coaches in high school

The people over at USA Today put together an entertaining look back at a handful of current college coaches during their high school days that is definitely worth a few minutes of flipping through.

Follow this link to view the piece.

A couple of the coaches included are; Chip Kelly, Steve Spurrier, Frank Solich, Dan Mullen, Les Miles, Lane Kiffin, and Brady Hoke.

A few of the pictures include a nice little nugget of info from their high school days, including Chip Kelly's senior quote of "Some people walk to work, others bring their lunch," as well as some other interesting tidbits.

Brilliant.

Doug Samuels has been with FootballScoop since 2011. Samuels joined the FootballScoop staff after serving as a college scout as well as an assistant coach at the college level, where he was fortunate enough to have coached every offensive position by age 24. Samuels is lifelong Michigan State fan and has admittedly enjoyed the past few seasons when he has been able to look forward to quality football the entire fall, instead of anxiously awaiting college basketball after the first few weeks of the college football season.
