Video: The pillars of Miami's program
In an effort to bring Miami back to national prominence, Al Golden has instituted "8 Pillars of Performance" to ensure that players understand that nobody is guaranteed victory, but by following some core values and providing (and developing) the proper leadership, you can deserve victory.
Here's an excellent video from Miami explaining those eight pillars and what they mean to the development of the program and players as individuals. It's easy to understand, and the players have bought in completely.
There's some really good stuff in here that applies to everyone including players, coaches, the entire program, and life after football
If you don't have something like this in place already, it would surely be advantageous for you to adapt and make your own in order to present during an interview.
