D-III St. Thomas recruiting video: Work hard and get rewarded
Ever since Glenn Caruso took over the St. Thomas program back in 2008 the program has gradually taken steps forward to the point where they are now, as one of the legitimate contenders for the D-III national title each year.
If you had the chance to listen to Caruso at the AFCA National convention down in Nashville, it's not hard to picture why his guys leave it all on the field for him and his staff.
"Every year you lost three or four All Americans," Caruso explained. "Everyone asks, 'What are you going to do next?' And then you replace them with five more the next year, and then they ask 'What are you going to do next?'"
"These are guys that have worked tirelessly to have their time...and this is their time."
Work hard and make a difference on game day and you'll be rewarded under Caruso.
The staff has been showing this clip to recruits to compliment the tradition and high expectations that they already have to sell to prospects. They've got no shortage of things to sell up at St. Thomas.
