Video: USC athletic director Pat Haden makes his acting debut

Last night Pat Haden cut his acting teeth in a campus production of "The Most Happy Fella", calling it the single most frightening night of his life.

"I've started in two NFL Championship games, I've played in front of hundreds of thousands of people athletically," the former USC quarterback said. "This will be, singly, the most frightening night of my life. Bring it on!"

The show runs for ten days total, and as you can see in the clip below, Haden's role includes a singing solo.

We don't see Hollywood handing out any lead roles in future musicals to Haden, but we'll let you make your own judgement after seeing the video. Kudos to him for stepping way out of his comfort zone in order to illustrate the message he has been sending to athletes for years, which has been to step out of their comfort zone and get the full college experience.
