Missouri has done a great job with their off season videos giving recruits a glimpse inside the program and the personalty of Gary Pinkel's coaching staff.

This video is a great example of what college programs at every level should be putting together to show to recruits. In this clip, defensive coordinator Dave Steckel explains the expectations of the Tigers defensive scheme and their philosophy, as well as what types of traits they're looking for in each position group.

Grab your coordinators and put a short clip like this together, and then make sure your recruits are watching it. They'll love it.
