The Amway Coaches Poll was released this afternoon, with Alabama dominating the first-place votes, sitting atop the poll for the second straight season.
Coming in second was Ohio State with 5 first-place votes, Florida State with 4, then USC with zero, and Clemson at #5 nationally with 7 first-place votes.
The whole top 25 shook out as follows:

Big Ten teams dominated thee top 10 with four teams (Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan, Wisconsin) represented, followed by the ACC with two (Florida State, Clemson) and Pac-12 (USC and Washington), and then one SEC team (Alabama), and one Big 12 representative (Oklahoma).
Across the entire top 12, the SEC is king (6 teams represented), followed by the ACC and Big 12 with 5, Big 10 and Pac-12 with 4 each and the AAC with 1 (South Florida).
Head coaches in their first year at the school include Lincoln Riley's Oklahoma squad at #8, Ed Orgeron's LSU team at #12, and Tom Herman's Longhorns at #23.
Teams just missing the top 25 included Washington State, Colorado, TCU, Boise State, Notre Dame, and Texas A&M.
