Tom Herman was hired to change things at Texas. The attitude in and around the program, the product on the field, the postseason fortunes, and the facilities. It's too early to tell on all those first things, but the first tangible change of the 8-month-old Herman era is now complete.
After months of teasing and previews -- and a ballyhooed demolition -- the new locker room is now complete.
