Some coaches have fully embraced how social media can help transform their program. Other coaches aren’t as quick to embrace it, for whatever reason.

First-year Austin Peay head coach Will Healy – who has led an incredible turnaround by taking a program that won one game over the past four seasons to currently sitting at 7-4 – is firmly in that first group, and the special gestures today via his Twitter account (@Coach_Heals) are a great illustration of that.

It took a few hours, but coach Healy put together a quick 30-second video for each one of the seniors in the program, thanking them for all they’ve done with a personal message to each and every one of them.

It’s clear that Healy understand that their turnaround is just as much on his staff (which he explained to us earlier this week in a Q&A), and his players as it is him and the culture change he’s brought to the program.

Below are a few of those videos he shared with his special seniors.
