James Madison will face Youngstown State in the FCS National Championship on Saturday. If JMU head coach Mike Houston’s pre-game speech is anything like the one he delivered before the Dukes’ semifinal win at North Dakota State, there will be partying in the streets of Harrisonburg on Saturday night.

“I know who we are,” he says, “and I know who we’ve built. Don’t you back down from them for one second. You go after them with everything we got for 60 minutes — or longer if it takes it. We came here to do one damn thing, we came here to punch our ticket to Frisco, Texas. We came here to knock their ass off, end their goal, and send them home this year. We came here to win this game and tell everybody we’re the best team in FCS football. You got me? You go get it done. Don’t you let up. You stomp their ass.”

James Madison won the game 27-17, ending North Dakota State’s 5-year national championship streak and sending the Dukes to their first national title game since 2004.

James Madison and Youngstown State will meet at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas on Saturday (noon ET, ESPN2).
