Today, speaking with reporters for the first time in nearly 3 weeks, Gus addressed the reports from late November saying, “My contract has not changed one bit.” Al.com elaborated:

The sixth-year Auburn coach went on to say that no one in Auburn’s administration asked him to renegotiate his contract, which makes him the fifth-highest paid coach in the country.
