If you’re looking for a reason to dislike Jim Harbaugh’s Michigan, you won’t have to search too long until you find one.

But his annual overseas field trip isn’t one of them. (Even if you’re an Ohio State fan.)

Thanks to the generosity of a pair of boosters, Michigan has gone overseas for the past three years, and for the second straight year football has not been a part of the trip.

Simply by playing for Michigan, the players are given the opportunity of a lifetime at no cost to them. It’s expensive, yes, but it’s one that other programs (and boosters) of means should be encouraged to adopt.

Here are a couple highlights from the trip.
