Kingsbury: "Bielema just got his ass kicked" (Featured)

Over the summer, at a Texas high school coaches convention, Bret Bielema served as a guest speaker to those in attendance and said something to the effect of "if you don't play with a fullback, we'll kick your ass," and "if you try to throw the ball 70 times a game, we'll kick your ass."

Some people may have forgotten those statements in the past few months, but one this is for certain - Kliff Kingsbury hasn't. At the post game presser tonight, he was sure that they were brought to the forefront (with a healthy grin) after his Red Raiders beat Bielema's Razorbacks 35-24.

"I just think the physicality, that's a program that prides themselves on being physical, and at the Texas high school coaches convention this summer, and said 'if you don't play with a fullback we'll kick your ass and if you try to throw the ball 70 times a game we'll kick your ass,' and he just got his ass kicked...twice in a row, and probably next week by A&M as well. So that did feel good."

It's quite the statement by Kingsbury, not to mention to fact that he did it all while wearing a flower lapel on his GQ suit.

Not that we're keeping track, but points Kingsbury here.
