Rob Ryan says some silly stuff; but on this topic, he's right on.
This morning on NFL Network's GameDay Morning, Ryan spoke about what he calls the "only negative about coaching".
Coaches already know what Rob's going to say; but I encourage any fan who happens to see this to watch it and remember that most of these guys who lose their jobs in a coaching change (sometimes through no fault of their own) have families that will be severely impacted and will in nearly all cases have to move out of town.
Steve Mariucci leads with "Coaches are big boys, we can regroup and find something else to do" but leads Ryan into a conversation about families. Ryan describes it as "the worst part about this profession."
