Matt Lubick has been offered and is expected to accept the co-offensive coordinator job at Baylor, sources told FootballScoop Monday. We expect the hiring to play out today. Ole Miss confirms he is leaving...once paperwork is done in Waco it will be official.
Lubick spent the past four seasons at Oregon, including this past campaign as offensive coordinator, and accepted the wide receivers job at Ole Miss earlier this off-season. The Rebels announced his hiring on Dec. 23.
Lubick has spent the past two decades as a position coach at the FBS level, with stints at San Jose State, Oregon State, Colorado State, Ole Miss, Arizona State, Duke and Oregon before briefly returning to Ole Miss.
