SMU head coach Chad Morris had two scholarships to hand out. But, in accordance with coaching law, he couldn't just walk in the Mustangs' team meeting room and hand them out. Where's the fun in that? No, he had to dress it up a little. And by a little, we actually mean a lot.
Morris had a police officer visit SMU's team meeting under the guise that a couple low-value items had been stolen from his new office. He even went as far as to pull a couple players into the hallway to discuss the supposed theft.
After selling the prank a little more, Morris pulled the rug out on two unsuspecting Mustangs. Check it out.
