Last night, Oklahoma made the announcement that they’d be joining Michigan and North Carolina as the third college to rep the iconic Jordan brand.
The partnership between the two will start in the 2018-2019 season, and moving forward, Sooner uniforms will feature the Jumpman logo instead of the Nike swoosh, and all team apparel, accessories, and equipment will be Jordan brand.
Below is the moment the football team learned of the news.

Former Sooner basketball star Blake Griffin is a member of the Jordan brand and helped to make the announcement in Norman to the teams.
“I’ve been with Jordan for the past five or six years, and the cool thing about it is that everyone is hand picked. All the players are hand picked, from top to bottom, and it’s no different for this program.”
“You guys are a Jordan program for a reason now,” Griffin told the team.
