Dayton: Dayton has promoted intern Tyler Friedrich to full time status. Friedrich had been helping out as an intern while taking grad classes and also previously served as a intern with the LSU strength staff in 2011.

Olivet College (D-III – MI): Olivet College is seeking two summer / semester-year interns and a graduate assistant to work with all sports. The graduate assistant responsibilities include: Schedule student workers in fitness centers, Schedule student athlete workouts with athletes and coaching staff, Create workouts for student athletes by analyzing skill level, Teach lifting technique and athletic skills by understanding movement applied to sports, Collaborate and learn behaviors and philosophy set by the head strength and conditioning coach, Help to develop a strength and conditioning manual which will be universal across all Olivet College athletes, MUST have a bachelor’s degree, or seeking a teaching certification from Olivet College with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning or Personal Training. Intern responsibilities include: Create workouts for student athletes by analyzing skill level, Teach lifting technique and athletic skills by understanding movement applied to sports, Collaborate and learn behaviors and philosophy set by the head strength and conditioning coach.
