Denver Broncos: The Broncos will hire Loren Landow as their strength and conditioning coach once the NFL Combine is complete, according to Mike Klis of 9News in Denver.

Long Beach Cabrillo HS (CA): The Long Beach Cabrillo High School Strength and Conditioning Program is currently seeking 2-3 qualified interns for the Summer of 2018. The position is UNPAID but has the OPPORTUNITY of gaining a stipend for the Fall 2018 semester. The internship will be very hands on. The candidate must be punctual with a great attention to detail and have a willingness to learn throughout the internship. The main responsibilities of this position will include: involvement in the supervision of safety during training sessions, assisting with daily administrative and maintenance items, and operations for Football and other sports TBA.  REQUIREMENTS: Working towards or already obtained a bachelor’s degree in an exercise science related field. Working towards or already obtained one of the following certifications: CSCS, CSCCa, or USAW. Wyoming: The University of Wyoming Football Strength and Conditioning Department is seeking highly motivated candidates to apply for the Summer 2018 un-paid internship program working directly with football. The start date for the position is May 16, 2018 and will run the entirety of the Summer training program through July 20, 2018. Individuals will gain valuable knowledge and experience working with a Division I football program. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: daily set-up and maintenance of the weight room, spotting football athletes during training sessions, record keeping and GPS tracking. Candidates will also be included in weekly staff development meetings and will take part in an extensive program designed to develop aspiring strength coaches. Candidates must be actively pursuing or have already obtained a certification from the CSCCA and/or NSCA. Candidates must be willing to work extended hours including early mornings, nights and weekends when necessary.
