Houston Baptist: Houston Baptist University’s Athletic Performance Department is accepting applications for a Graduate Assistantship for the 2017 school year. Graduate Assistant duties include but are not limited to: sport assignments; provide proper instruction for safe and effective lifting techniques and equipment usage; assist in the maintenance and daily upkeep of the Athletic Performance Center; and any other responsibilities assigned by supervisors. Candidate must adhere to all University, Southland Conference, WAC, and NCAA Division I regulations. Candidate must also have a strong desire to work in collegiate strength and conditioning post-graduation. This position requires early morning hours, late evening hours, and some weekends. Graduate tuition based on 9 hours per semester, unlimited meal plan with $350 declining balance dollars per semester, books, basic fees and housing.
