San Diego Mesa (JC – CA): Richard Yahner has been named linebacker coach, per source. Yahner has previous coaching stops at Penn State, University of Virgina, Juaniata College, Lehigh University, Clarion University, and several Pennsylvania high schools. He most recently coached at Seton Hill (D-II – PA) University.

Tarleton State (D-II – TX): Head coach Todd Whitten has announced that running backs coach Jonathan Beasley will continue to assist with quarterbacks and is teaming up with offensive line coach Bryson Oliver to share the co-offensive coordinator title. Beasley will serve as passing game coordinator and Oliver will be the run game coordinator. Also, graduate assistant Marc Martinez is being promoted to a full-time defensive assistant and will continue to work with the linebackers.

McMurry (D-III – TX): Northwestern State (FCS – LA) graduate assistant Bradley Oh has joined the staff as offensive line coach, per source.

Washington State: Dayton (FCS – OH) linebackers coach / recruiting coordinator Tee Overman is joining the staff as a special teams quality control coach, and former Texas Tech and NFL wide receiver Darcel McBath is joining the staff in a defensive quality control role.

Cornell: A source tells FootballScoop that running backs coach John Kuceyeski has been promoted to offensive line coach.

Kansas State: Mike Cox, who spent the past five season coaching the linebackers on Bill Snyder’s staff, has decided to step away to spend more time with his family.

Mount St. Joseph (D-III – OH): Mount St. Joe has formally announced that interim head coach Tyler Hopperton will remain in his role through the 2017 season, replacing Rod Huber who recently decided to retire. Hopperton has served as assistant head coach of the program the past two seasons.

IUP (D-II – PA): Christian Bryan, who spent last season coaching the wide receivers at Carnegie Mellon (D-III – OH), has joined the IUP staff coaching the wide receivers, per source. Bryan is a former receiver at Youngstown State (FCS – OH).

James Madison (FCS – VA): Tight ends coach Bryan Stinespring has moved to offensive line / run game coordinator.

Urbana (D-II – OH): Per source, Seton Hill (D-II – PA) defensive line coach / special teams coordinator Matt Williamson has joined the staff as defensive line coach. Williamson previously spent three seasons coaching the defensive line at Mount Union (D-III – OH).

Catawba College (D-II – NC): Offensive line coach Brian Hinson is leaving the staff to become the head coach at Salisbury HS (NC).

Reedley (JC – CA): Reedley College has an immediate opening on the defensive side of the ball at either linebackers or defensive line. There is flexibility within the staff to accommodate the best candidate. The position is a stipend position only ($5,500-11,500 depending on education and experience and determined by human resources). There are no additional benefits included with the position.  Must meet the minimum qualifications: AA or BA plus requisite years of experience.
