Louisville: Defensive quality control Ryan Beard has been promoted to full-time safeties coach.
Seattle: The Seahawks are expecting to hire former Colts’ quarterbacks coach Brian Schottenheimer as OC tweets Adam Schefter.
Incarnate Word (FCS – TX): Source tells FootballScoop West Georgia defensive coordinator Scott Symons is headed to UIW in the same capacity. We also hear West Georgia linebackers coach Rickey Hunley will join the staff coaching corners.

UCLA: Per source, Chip Kelly has offered the quarterbacks job to Dana Bible. Bible spent the 2016 season as an offensive analyst for the 49ers, and prior to that was the offensive coordinator and QBs coach at NC State and Boston College.
Oregon: Source tells FootballScoop Mario Cristobal is expecting an answer from Washington State running backs coach Jim Mastro within next 24 hours.
Tennessee: Memphis wide receivers coach David Johnson is joining Jeremy Pruitt’s staff, per a tweet from Dan Wolken.
Pitt: Randy Bates will be the new defensive coordinator on Pat Narduzzi’s staff, Pete Thamel tweets. We can confirm. Bates has spent the past 11 seasons on staff at Northwestern with the linebackers, and prior to that was the defensive coordinator at Louisiana Tech.
Oakland Raiders: Jon Gruden is hiring former Seahawks offensive line coach Tom Cable as his offensive line coach, per multiple reports.
Texas A&M: Sources tell FootballScoop that Ole Miss linebackers coach / special teams coordinator Bradley Dale Peveto is joining the Texas A&M staff.
Chicago Bears: The Bears have now formally announced the addition of Kevin M. Gilbride to coach the tight ends.
Kentucky Christian University (NAIA): KCU has hired East Texas Baptist University (D-III) offensive line coach Devario Dorsey to the same position, source tells FootballScoop.

Iowa Central (CC – IA): Per sources, Adam Dutcher will be the offensive line / associate head coach / run game coordinator, Turrell Foster will coach running backs, Don Jones will be co-defensive coordinator / defensive backs coach a Iowa Central. All three were previously at Ellsworth CC.
Chicago Bears: Sources tell FootballScoop Kevin M. Gilbride is joining the Bears as tight ends coach. Gilbride coached tight ends the past few seasons for the Giants and previously coached receivers there as well (was with the Giants since 2010). Before joining the Giants’ staff Gilbride coached receivers at Temple from 2007-2010.
UAB: Sources tell FootballScoop former South Alabama offensive coordinator Bryant Vincent will join back up with Bill Clark as Clark’s offensive coordinator at UAB. The two previously coached together (with Clark as head coach and Vincent as OC & QBs) at both South Alabama and when Clark first got the UAB head coaching position. Vincent served as offensive coordinator at South Alabama under Joey Jones since the 2015 season.
Houston Texans: The Texans put in place this morning matching 5 year contracts to new GM Brian Gaine and head coach Bill O’Brien tweets Adam Schefter.
Mississippi State: Recapping Joe Moorhead’s staff at Mississippi State; Brian Baker (DL), Andrew Breiner (pass game coordinator / QBs), Terrell Buckley (corners), Scott Fountain (STC), Luke Getsy (OC / WRs), Mark Hudspeth (associate HC / TEs), Charles Huff (assistant HC / run game coordinator / RBs), Marcus Johnson (OL), Tem Lukabu (LBs), and Bob Shoop (DC / safeties).
Oakland Raiders: Former Packers offensive coordinator Edgar Bennett has been hired as wide receivers coach, Chris Mortensen tweeted late last night.
University of Albany (FCS – NY): Jerrod Holley has joined the defensive staff and will coach the safeties, per source. Jerrod comes from Arizona State where was a defensive analyst.
Mississippi College (D-II): Tommy Laurendine, the former head coach at Sewanee (D-III – TN), has been hired as the offensive coordinator, per source.
Northwestern State (FCS – LA): Per source, former NSU defensive lineman Ledell Love is returning to his alma mater as defensive line coach.
