Cleveland Browns: The Browns are adding former Cardinals head coach Steve Wilks as defensive coordinator and former Bucs offensive coordinator Todd Monken as offensive coordinator, per multiple reports.

Miami Dolphins: Bills national scout Marvin Allen is leaving to become the assistant GM in Miami, per Adam Schefter.

Arizona Cardinals: The organization has announced the additions of Sean Kugler (OL), Brian Natkin (assistant OL), David Raih (WRs), and Steve Heiden (TEs). Kugler coached the offensive line for the Broncos last season, Natkin previously worked with Kugler at UTEP and spent last season as the offensive line coach and run game coordinator at Hutchinson CC (JC – KS), Raih coached the receivers with the Packers last season. Heiden is being retained after originally being hired by Bruce Arians and was kept on Steve Wilks staff and has served as assistant offensive line and assistant tight ends coach.

Delta State (D-II – MS): Per source, with Jerry Partridge leaving for the Northern Arizona (FCS) defensive coordinator job, defensive line coach Kelvin Green is expected to get promoted to defensive coordinator for the program.

Jacksonville Jaguars: George Warhop (OL) and Tim Walton (DBs) are expected to join the Jaguars staff, per a tweet from Alex Marvez.

Arizona Cardinals: Sean Kugler, who had fielded interest from a number of NFL teams including the Broncos, Bills, Bucs, Browns and Jets, is joining Kliff Kingsbury’s staff as offensive line coach, per Ian Rapoport.

Georgia State: Clemson graduate assistant Thomas Austin has accepted the offensive line job at Georgia State, per source. Austin spent 2015-17 as an offensive graduate assistant with the offensive line before moving into a video graduate assistant role this past season.

Austin Peay (FCS – TN): Per source, Mark Hudspeth has added the following coaches; Chad Bumphis (WRs), Tim Zetts (OC / QBs), and Chris Campbell (head strength and conditioning). Bumphis previously served as a graduate assistant at Utah and Buffalo, Zetts spent last season as an offensive analyst at Mississippi State and was an offensive coordinator at John Carroll (D-III – OH) prior to that, and Campbell was previously an assistant strength coach at Houston, and was at Louisiana Lafayette prior to that.

Mississippi State: Former Penn State quarterback Billy Fessler, who spent this past season working with the running backs at Slippery Rock (D-II – PA), is joining the Mississippi State program, per source.

Missouri S&T (D-II): Defensive coordinator Todd Drury has been promoted to head coach. Also, offensive coordinator Andy Ball has added the associate head coach title and assistant coaches Michael Burton (WRs) and DJ Bland (DBs) will remain on staff.

Idaho: Director of football operations Steven Oliver is moving to an on-the-field role working with the tight ends, source tells FootballScoop. Oliver is a former graduate assistant at Idaho and played at the University of San Diego.

San Francisco 49ers: Alex Marvez tweets that Jeff Zgonina won’t return as defensive line coach.

Texas State: Former Texas Tech defensive graduate assistant Tevin Mims is the new outside linebackers coach, per Texas State beat writer Keff Ciardello. Ciardello adds that the Texas State staff currently consists of Bob Stitt (OC), Zac Spavital (DC), Ron Antoine (WRs), Clay McGuire (OL), Morris Berger (TEs), and Mims.

Greg Schiano: This morning multiple NFL reporters have mentioned the Patriots as a likely landing spot for Schiano.

Auburn: Kendall Simmons, a former All-SEC offensive lineman at Auburn, is joining the staff in an off-the-field role, per multiple reports.

NC State: Tony Gibson, who spent the past several seasons coordinating the defense at West Virginia, has been announced as co-defensive coordinator / safeties coach at NC State.

Navy: The Midshipmen have announced the additions of four assistants; Brian Newberry (DC), Kevin Downing (DEs), PJ Volker (ILBs), and Brian Norwood (corners).

Alabama: Notre Dame offensive coordinator Chip Long was also in Tuscaloosa over the weekend, according to AL.com who adds that Long “could join the staff in some capacity even if / when Sarkisian is hired as offensive coordinator.” Here’s more, including an update on Butch Jones…

Albright (D-III – PA): St. Lawrence (D-III – NY) defensive coordinator / defensive backs coach Keith Bruno is returning to his alma mater as special teams coordinator & defensive backs coach, per source.

Charleston Southern (FCS – SC): Yesterday we reported Notre Dame running backs coach Autry Denson is expected to become the new head coach at Charleston Southern.
