Houston: Source tells FootballScoop Ryan Dorchester is expected to follow Dana to Houston from WVU. Source tells FootballScoop Dorchester might move into Hammond’s role.

Athlete’s First: Dana Holgorsen’s right hand man Alex Hammond is going to work with Trace Armstrong & Athlete’s First source tells FootballScoop. Bruce Feldman has reported the same.

Denver Broncos: The Broncos have blocked inquiring teams from interviewing Gary Kubiak for their offensive coordinator post, per Adam Schefter. The former Broncos head coach now works for the club as a senior personnel advisor.

South Dakota: Source tells FootballScoop defensive coordinator Brian Mohnsen will not return.

North Texas: Source tells FootballScoop corners coach Nate Brown is not expected to return.

AAF: The Alliance of American Football, currently conducting training camp in San Antonio, is looking for immediate temporary help for the month of January in the following departments: equipment, video, and football operations. Houston: Source tells FootballScoop Southern Miss offensive coordinator Shannon Dawson is a strong candidate to join Dana’s staff. Dawson previously served as Dana’s OC for several years at West Virginia.

Rutgers: Andy Buh is set to become the new defensive coordinator for Chris Ash’s squad per multiple reports. Former defensive coordinator Jay Niemann and outside linebackers coach Toby Neinas are not expected to return per the same reports.

UNC Pembroke (D-II): UNC Pembroke is looking to hire an offensive or defensive graduate assistant. Applicants must be able to get into Graduate School. Compensation is $8,000 stipend. Memphis: Rice special teams coordinator Pete Lembo will join Mike Norvell’s staff tweets Bruce Feldman. Joe Lorig who was special teams at Memphis has accepted a position with Matt Wells at Texas Tech.

Houston: Source tells FootballScoop Dana Holgorsen is hiring North Carolina offensive line coach Brandon Jones. Bruce Feldman is now reporting the same adding that Jones will have a co-OC title.

Morehead State (FCS – KY): Morehead State has immediate openings for the following volunteer intern positions – offense, defense and football operations. This is an UNPAID position; there is NO housing, ONLY MEALS. Interested candidates please email Director of Football Operations Adam Mueller at [email protected]. Masters of Sports Administration: Upper Iowa’s MSA degree provides learners with the current theories, concepts, and learning models necessary to assume administrative, coaching and leadership roles in high school, higher education and sports business settings. The online degree is available with emphasis in Sports Management or Coaching & Leadership Eduction.

Catawba College (D-II – NC): Catawba College has immediate opening for a restricted earnings position coaching corner backs. The new hire will be responsible for coaching their own position, run positional meetings, assist with special teams, and contribute to the weekly game plan. Bachelor’s Degree required along with college coaching and/or playing experience. Compensation package includes $6,000 with no housing or benefits. Experience with football computer and video software such as HUDL, is highly encouraged. Furthermore, we will be conducting interviews at the AFCA Coaches Convention in San Antonio, TX for this position. Green Bay Packers: Bucs offensive coordinator Todd Monken has interviewed for the head coaching job Saturday night in New Orleans, per Albert Breer.
