Detroit Lions: Texans quarterbacks coach Sean Ryan is joining the Lions staff in the same capacity, per Ian Rapoport.
Wyoming: Shannon Moore, who spent the last three seasons coaching the tight ends and working with the special teams at ECU, has been announced as the new tight ends / fullbacks coach. Also, safeties coach Jake Dickert has been promoted to defensive coordinator and defensive ends coach AJ Cooper has been named run game coordinator.
USC: Former USC players Chris Hawkins and Viane Talamaivao have returned to the program as graduate assistants.
Offensive line coaches: In the first of a new series, FootballScoop examines the 10 highest-paid offensive line coaches in college football.
Green Bay Packers: The Packers have announced Luke Getsy as quarterbacks coach.
Washington Redskins: Passing game coordinator Kevin O’Connell has been promoted to offensive coordinator. Matt Cavanaugh will move from offensive coordinator to senior offensive assistant. Jim Tomsula will return for a third season as defensive line coach.
Charlotte: Montario Hardesty, who joined the Western Kentucky staff in December of 2018, has been hired to coach the wide receivers, per multiple reports.
Chicago Bears: Mark DeLeone, who coached the inside linebackers for the Chiefs last season, has been hired to coach the inside linebackers.
Kansas: As we shared previously, Joshua Eargle has now officially joined the staff as a senior analyst after three seasons at Austin Peay where he served in numerous capacities including interim head coach, offensive coordinator, run game coordinator and offensive line coach. Also, Colorado graduate assistant Chidera Uzo-Diribe has joined the staff in a defensive quality control role, and former Georgia Tech recruiting coordinator Sara Woodruff will serve as the associate director of football operations.
Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins are expected to hire Danny Crossman as special teams coordinator, George Godsey at tight ends coach and Karl Dorrell to coach the wide receivers, Field Yates tweets.
Philadelphia Eagles: Former Dolphins defensive coordinator Matt Burke is expected to join the Eagles staff as a “top aide” to defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz, per ESPN.
Denver Broncos: TC McCartney, who has spent the past two seasons as an offensive assistant with the 49ers, is interviewing for the quarterbacks job with the Broncos, Mike Klis tweets. TC is the grandson of legendary Colorado coach Bill McCartney.
Baltimore Ravens: David Culley has been hired as assistant head coach / wide receivers coach / passing game coordinator, the team has announced. Culley spent the past two seasons as the Bills quarterbacks coach and was a longtime assistant under Andy Reid with both the Eagles and Chiefs.
Dakota Wesleyan (NAIA – SD): Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, SD is seeking a full-time assistant football coach on the offensive side of the football coaching QBs / WRs. This is a 12-month staff position that includes benefits. This is an entry-level position. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist the head coach with all aspects of the football program, full-time recruiting area, academic monitoring responsibilities, special teams assignment, assisting with community service and fundraising, along with other duties as assigned. This position will report to the offensive coordinator as well as the head coach. Experience playing or coaching QB’s is going to be a deciding factor in determining the successful candidate for this position. The successful candidate must pass a background check. Wes Welker: Former NFL wide receiver Wes Welker has interviewed for a spot on the Niners staff, per multiple reports. Albert Breer adds that Welker, who has spent the past two seasons as an offensive assistant with the Texans, has also interviewed for a job with the Packers.
Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins have announced a number of moves and additions to their front office today including the hire of Bills national scout Marvin Allen as the new assistant GM. The organization has also promoted national scout Rob Brockington to senior national scout, scouting assistant JP Correia to player personnel scout, director of college scouting Adam Engroff and director of pro personnel Anthony Hunt to co-directors of player personnel, senior director of football administration Brandon Shore to VP of football administration, and national scout Matt Winston to assistant director of college scouting.

Maryland: Albany (FCS – NY) defensive line coach Delbert Cowsette is joining the Maryland staff as defensive line coach, Adam Rittenberg tweets. Cowsette is a former All-ACC player for the Terps and spent the last five seasons on the Albany staff.
Miami Dolphins: Running backs coach Eric Studesville is expected to remain on staff under new head coach Brian Flores, Alex Marvez tweets. Barry Jackson adds that Flores has told defensive backs coach Tony Oden that he’s being retained as well.

Austin Peay (FCS – TN): Austin Peay State Football is seeking to fill a graphic design position. The salary for this position is $15,000, no benefits offered, this is not a full time position! This position will be responsible for all the graphic design/creative media needs for the football team. Applicants will need to be experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier, and Adobe InDesign. Louisiana Lafayette: We hear ULL is seeking to to hire a defensive line grad assistant.
Eastern Michigan: Stony Brook (FCS – NY) wide receivers coach Darren Paige is being hired to coach the receivers at EMU, Adam Rittenberg tweets. Paige previously coached the wide receivers at Holy Cross (FCS – MA).
USC: The locals & the nationals are all now on the same page; Graham Harrell is headed to USC.

Wagner (FCS – NY): Per source, former Northern Arizona quarterback Chase Cartwright is the new quarterbacks coach for the program.
Ottawa University (NAIA – KS): Ottawa University is looking to fill a graduate assistant position. Preference will be given to those that have coached on the defensive side of the ball but all applications will be accepted and evaluated.
