Georgia State: Georgia State's President's office called this afternoon to say that AD Cheryl Levick has no plans to step down. We had been told earlier in the day that she planned to do so in the coming weeks. 

South Carolina: Charles Bloom has been hired as the senior associate athletic director at South Carolina. Bloom most recently served as the associate commissioner of media and public relations for the SEC.

McKendree University (D-II - IL): Head coach Carl Poelker has announced that he will retire at the conclusion of the 2012 season. Poelker has served as the head coach at McKendree for the past 17 seasons.
