    Florida State: Offensive line coach Rick Trickett is out of the hospital but won’t return until Tuesday at the earliest after missing Saturday night’s win over Notre Dame due to health concerns. Check out the FSU offensive line’s tribute to Trickett from last night.

    Florida: Gainesville reporter Pat Dooley noted this morning that no changes were expected at Florida over the next two weeks.

    Florida State: Offensive line coach Rick Trickett will not be on the sidelines tonight due to a personal health issue. Offensive grad assistant David Spurlock will handle the game day coaching duties. Here’s to hoping for a speedy recovery.

    Washington State: Eric Mele has been promoted to special teams coordinator, according to KLEW-TV in Lewiston, Idaho. Mele was a QC assistant promoted to the nine-man assistant staff following the dismissal of special teams coach Eric Russell last month.

    Former Toronto Argonauts head coach Nobby Wirkowski has passed away at 88 years old. Please join us in praying for his family.

    Michigan: The U-M Board of Regents has adjourned with no action taken regarding athletics director Dave Brandon, although the student body president did say “it is unclear whether the athletic director’s relationship with the student body is reparable at this point.” U-M President Mark Schlissel is the only person with the authority to fire Brandon. “I’m committed to taking the time to study the issues,” he said. “I’m being careful and deliberative.”

    Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Director of player development Isaiah Harris has been let go after being charged with a DUI this morning.

    Adams State (D-II – CO): After seven seasons, head coach Marty Heaton has announced that he will retire at the conclusion of this season. Heaton led the Grizzlies to a 37-35 mark overall.

    Michigan: U-M regent Denise Illitch told a local TV station the board plans to discuss athletics director Dave Brandon at Thursday’s previously-scheduled meeting. Worth noting that only the president, and not the board of regents, has the authority to fire Brandon.

    Rockford University (D-III – IL): Rockford University head coach Vic Wallace has announced that he will retire from coaching at the end of the season. Wallace’s coaching career has spanned 38 years at the college level, 31 of which he has served as a head coach.

    St. Francis (FCS – PA): Saint Francis University is looking for a home game on 9/26/15 and guarantee game with FCS opponent in 2016 (9/3, 9/17,or 9/24 ) and 2017 (9/2, 9/9, or 9/23). Please email A.J. Anderson at ajanderson@francis.edu if interested.
