Notre Dame: Athletic director Jack Swarbrick, addressing Brian Kelly being on the hot seat rumors after a 2-5 start to the season, told ESPN today that “Brian [Kelly] will lead this team out of the tunnel opening day next year.” Kelly is 57-28 overall in South Bend and he signed a six-year extension back in January taking him through the 2021 season.
