Green Bay Packers: The Packers have announced a few changes and promotions within their personnel department. Jon-Eric Sullivan has been promoted to co-director of player personnel after spending the past two years as the director of college scouting, and John Wojciechowski has also been promoted to co-director of player personnel after serving as director of pro personnel last season.Also,Matt Malaspina, a former college scout for the team, has been promoted to director of college scouting, Same Seale has been promotion from West region scout to national scout, Chad Brinker has been promoted from his job working in the pro personnel department to pro scouting / salary cap analyst, Pat Moore is joining the organization as a college scout after spending the past five seasons as a scout for the Browns. pro scout Luke Benuska is being promoted to college scout, and scouting assistant Brandian Ross has been promoted to college scout as well.

Tennessee Titans: Ryan Cowden has been promoted from director of player personnel to vice president of player personnel, and Kevin Turks has been promoted to assistant director of pro scouting while Rob Riderer has joined the organization as a scouting assistant.

Coaching Salaries: California is proposing an amendment that would limit coaching salaries at state schools to $200,000 per year.

Northwood (D-II – MI): Source tells FootballScoop that Davenport University (D-II – MI) offensive line coach Zac Hueter has accepted the offensive line / recruiting coordinator job.

Rocky Mountain (NAIA – MT): Rocky Mountain College is seeking a defensive assistant coach. Applicant will coach their own position group, recruit your own territory, and perform all other duties assigned by the head coach.  Compensation includes a $600 monthly stipend, but no housing or meals.
