Jacksonville Jaguars: The Jags are expected to add Clemson defensive line coach Marion Hobby to their coaching staff, per Alex Marvez who adds that Hobby is expected to coach the defensive line.

Nebraska Kearney (D-II): Co-offensive coordinator Joe Holtzclaw will not return next season after two years with the program, per KFXL. Holtzclaw served as offensive line coach and run game coordinator.

Eastern New Mexico (D-II): Head coach Kelley Lee has hired Andrew McCraw to coach the offensive line and serve as run game coordinator. McCraw is an ENMU alum and former Greyhounds graduate assistant who recently served as the head coach at Socorro HS (NM).

Davenport (D-II – MI): Following the departure of Lou Esposito to become the co-defensive coordinator at Western Michigan, offensive coordinator Steve Casula has been named interim head coach of the program.

Boise State: Former Fresno State offensive coordinator Eric Kiesau is expected to join the Boise State staff coaching receivers sources tell FootballScoop. Prior serving at Fresno State last season, Kiesau spent a year with Nick Saban at Alabama. Kiesau has also served as OC at Washington, Kansas & Colorado and coached receivers at Cal as well.

Keiser University (NAIA – FL): Doug Socha, who spent this past season as an offensive assistant with the Buffalo Bills, has been named the program’s first head coach. Socha previously served as the head coach at Oxbridge Academy (FL), Delray Beach’s American Heritage (FL) and as an assistant at the University of Buffalo and Canyons JC (CA).

Western Michigan: Kevin Johns has been hired as offensive coordinator, sources tell FootballScoop. Johns spent the last six seasons as either a co-offensive coordinator or the sole offensive coordinator at Indiana.

Oklahoma Panhandle State (D-II): OPSU is currently seeking an offensive assistant working with the QBs or RBs. This will be a restricted earnings position with the ability to earn 12-15,500 depending on experience. Candidates with QB playing or coaching experience, at the college level, will be given preference. Duties will be assigned by the head coach and include coaching a position, having your own recruiting area, video work, etc. Interested applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, and list of references to offensive coordinator, Buddy Blevins via email at [email protected].

Brevard (D-II – NC): Sources tell FootballScoop that former NFL player Everett Lindsay has joined the staff as the offensive line coach. Lindsay started at all five offensive line positions during his 11 seasons in the NFL and went on to coach for the Arizona Cardinals under Dennis Green.

Arkansas: Last night, Bret Bielema announced that defensive backs coach Paul Rhoads has been promoted to defensive coordinator.

Elon (FCS – NC): Per source, Penn State defensive graduate assistant Ryan Smith has been hired to coach the corners.

Faulkner (NAIA – AL): Faulkner University is accepting applications for its defensive coordinator position. This is a 9-month, full-time position with benefits. Successful college experience is preferred, with preference given to candidates with a strong recruiting background. To apply, contact Charlie Boren at [email protected].

Lamar (FCS – TX): Faulkner University (NAIA – AL) defensive coordinator Cam Clark has accepted a position on the Lamar staff, per source.

San Diego Mesa (JC – CA): San Diego Mesa JC is seeking experienced assistant coaches for WR and DL for the upcoming 2017 season.  Candidates must demonstrate great knowledge, ability to teach the position, and have a passion for recruiting. This is a stipend only position. $3,500 per season.  Other income opportunities may exist if candidate has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology. Chowan (D-II – NE): Chowan has an immediate position for an assistant coach, defensive backs, is available. This is a full-time (12-month) position that will report to the Head Football Coach and will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the University’s intercollegiate football program. The selected individual will assist with all aspects of game and practice preparations, evaluate personnel as well as mentor and monitor the student-athletes progress on and off-the-field; and, follow all rules and guidelines set forth by the NCAA Division II, the CIAA, and Chowan University. The selected individual will be held accountable to recruit and retain quality student-athletes for the University and the football program and perform other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach. Preferences include collegiate coaching experience (or other significant coaching experiences) working with defensive backs, experience as a recruiting coordinator, recruiting Southeastern states, as well as video breakdown, analysis and editing with Hudl. Moorpark College (JC – CA): Moorpark College is seeking a RBs coach for the 2017 season. Moorpark College is located in southern California, 5 miles from Thousand Oaks and plays in one of the most competitive divisions in California. This is an entry position with a $2k fall stipend, no meals, housing or benefits. This position is for coaches wanting to build a foundation and experience. Coaches will get gear and team meals during season. This position will assist the head coach with the day to day operations. You will get experience in football operations, video breakdown, assisting in the MC football academic program, recruiting, as well as on-field coaching with your own position group. You must be a self motivated individual with a desire to learn and work hard. Susquehanna (D-III – PA): Susquehanna is looking to hire an intern to work with the defensive line. The intern position reports to the head coach and may have a second report relative to an assigned secondary duty. The primary tasks are to assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the program including: plan practices and game strategies; game day responsibilities; and recruiting qualified student-athletes in concert with the academic mission of the University. In addition, a secondary responsibility will be assigned that could include: game management, intramurals and club sports, facilities management, or strength & conditioning.
