Denver Broncos: The team has announced that Klint Kubiak will take over as quarterbacks coach following the dismissal of offensive coordinator Mike McCoy and the promotion of Bill Musgrave to offensive coordinator.

Robert Morris (FCS – PA): Per source, head coach John Banaszak has resigned. Banaszak led the program for four seasons and compiled an overall mark of 8-34, including a 2-9 finish this year.

Portland State (FCS – OR): Defensive coordinator Malik Roberson has been let go after leading the defense for three seasons.

Grad assistants: Tax law change could impact grad assistants across the country

Denver Broncos: Offensive coordinator Mike McCoy has been let go, according to Jason La Canfora and Ian Rapoport. La Canfora adds that other coaches could follow after the season. Quarterbacks coach Bill Musgrave has been promoted to offensive coordinator, per Adam Schefter.

Southwestern Oklahoma State (D-II): Per source, Southwestern Oklahoma State plans to name Missouri Western (D-II) offensive coordinator Chet Pobolish as their new head coach.

Alabama A&M (FCS): Head coach James Spady will not return. Spady posted a 14-28 mark in four seasons on the job, including a 4-7 record this season.

Air Force: Air Force is searching for a Graphic Designer with college sports background (football a plus). Must be able to use a Mac and the full range of Adobe Cloud Products, a portfolio is a plus if you have examples of your works. Must be driven & know the full grind of a College Football Season and Recruiting Season. Must have 4 yr degree. Must be a team player. Must relocate to Colorado Springs, CO. Florida A&M (FCS): As we reported yesterday, FAMU has now made it official… head coach Alex Wood will not return. Offensive line coach Edwin Pata will be the team’s interim head coach while the university performs a search. Wood, who was hired before the 2015 season, went 8-25 in three seasons at the helm of the Rattlers. FAMU finished this season 3-8 and 2-6 in MEAC play.

Sterling (NAIA – OK): Head coach Chuck Lambert has resigned after two seasons and a 17-6 record. Lambert is a candidate for an associate pastor position at Grace Bible Church in Hutchinson, KS.

Dakota Wesleyan (NAIA – SD): Dakota Wesleyan University (Mitchell, SD) is looking to fill two football graduate assistants positions-one on offense (RBs) and one on defense (DL). Responsibilities include but are not limited to coaching your own position group, practice/game preparation, recruiting your own territory, summer camps, equipment, video and all other aspects of the football program assigned by the head coach.  Qualifications include application and acceptance in Master of Arts in Education and passing a background check.  Included in the graduate assistant package are 2/3 tuition waiver, and small stipend (10 month).  Candidates with coaching or playing experience will be given first priority.  Review of candidates will begin immediately.  Start date is January 1st 2018.
