    Oklahoma: Notre Dame defensive backs coach Kerry Cooks is expected to take a job on Oklahoma’s staff according to multiple outlets.

    Michigan: Former Paramus Catholic (NJ) High School head coach Chris Partridge will join Jim Harbaugh’s staff as recruiting operations coordinator according to Darren Cooper of The (New Jersey) Record.

    Baldwin Wallace (D-III – OH): is accepting applicants for a full-time Quarterbacks coach. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree and at least 3-5 years of previous college coaching experience preferred. Applicant will be responsible for the recruitment of Northeast Ohio as well as surrounding areas. Position includes a competitive salary plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance.     Guilford College (D-III – NC):  Guilford College invites applicants for an immediate opening of Assistant Football Coach (Offensive Coordinator).  Prefer WR or QB coaching and/or playing experience.  The Assistant Football Coach position is a full-time, year-round position which will include additional administrative responsibilities.     Louisville: Louisville is reworking Todd Grantham’s four-year deal to pay him “as much as $1.4 million,” according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com. Grantham made $975,000 as Louisville’s first-year defensive coordinator in 2014.

    Cleveland Browns: Kevin O’Connell will be the Browns’ new quarterbacks coach, and former Duke and Florida offensive coordinator Kurt Roper will join the club as a senior offensive assistant according to Alex Marvez of Fox Sports.

    San Francisco 49ers: Per source, Clancy Pendergrast will join the staff as inside linebackers coach. Alex Marvez of Fox Sports has reported the same. Marvez also reports that Tim Lewis will leave the Falcons to coach the Niners’ defensive backs.

    North Carolina A&T (FCS): Per source, Guilford College offensive coordinator Chris Barnette has been hired by North Carolina A&T as the quarterbacks coach.

    L.A. Valley College (CC – CA): The L.A. Valley College Head Football/Kinesiology Instructor position, full time 1.0 tenure track job, is open for recruitment. It will close on Friday, March 13th, 2015 and interviews will take place shortly after that.Candidates need to apply directly to the Los Angeles Community College District website.

    Alabama Prep Sports Academy (PG Football – AL): Alabama Prep Sports Academy is looking for games or scrimmages against D-II, D-III, JUCO and NAIA JV programs for the 2015 season.     Texas Tech: South Oak Cliff (TX) High School head coach Emmett Jones will join the staff as director of player personnel according to multiple reports.

    Green Bay Packers: Special teams coordinator Shawn Slocum will not return.

    Eastern Washington (FCS): Head coach Beau Baldwin has announced a shuffling of his coaching staff. Safeties coach Jeff Schmedding has been promoted to defensive coordinator (he’s also served as special teams coordinator since 2008), while defensive coordinator John Graham will switch to tight ends coach while keeping his assistant head coach title. Tight ends coach Brian Strandley will join Ryan Sawyer in coaching the Eagles’ defensive line, and Sawyer has added a defensive front coordinator title.

    The Pro Football Hall of Fame is adding an assisted living center for their aging Hall of Famers

    LSU: The LSU Board of Regents has now officially approved contracts for newly-hired defensive coordinator Kevin Steele (two years, $1 million a year) and defensive line coach Ed Orgeron (two years, $450,000 per year). The board also approved new deals for running backs coach/recruiting coordinator Frank Wilson (three years, $660,000 a year), wide receivers coach Adam Henry (two years, $375,000 a year), defensive backs coach Corey Raymond (two years, $310,000 a year), and tight ends coach Steve Ensminger (two years, $300,000 a year).

    Wittenberg (D-III – OH): Wittenberg is accepting applicants for a full-time defensive assistant football coach with linebacker experience preferred. Preference will be given to candidates currently holding a strength and conditioning certification, or who have a strong background in conditioning, exercise science, or strength training. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-3 years of previous collegiate coaching experience.     Nichols College (D-III – MA): Per source, offensive line coach / offensive coordinator / recruiting coordinator Dave Kaizer has added the title of associate head coach at Nichols College.

    Midwestern Prep (Postgrad – IL): Midwest Prep Academy is looking for games or scrimmages against D-II, D-III, JUCO and NAIA JV programs for the 2015 season.     Wisconsin-Whitewater (D-III): As expected, defensive line coach / special teams coordinator Kevin Bullis has been named head coach at UW-Whitewater. Bullis is just the program’s fourth head coach in the last 60 years.

    Henderson State (D-II – AR): Henderson State is looking to hire an offensive OR defensive coordinator. Duties will include teaching activity courses under the direction of the HPER Department. Salary commensurate with experience. Generous benefits package. The selection process will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.     Henderson State (D-II – AR): Offensive coordinator Mike Volarvich has accepted the head coaching job at Nashville HS (AR). Volarvich, a finalist for the 2013 FootballScoop D-II Coordinator of the Year, has coached eight All-American quarterbacks in 14 seasons and his offenses have led the nation in passing offense four times.

    SUNY Maritime (D-III – NY): SUNY Maritime has an Intern/GA football position which will include duties as Athletic Department Intramurals Coordinator. $12,000 with no benefits. Housing and meal plan a possibility if you are currently enrolled in a program leading to a degree/masters and require job experience to complete the degree (including online programs). Successful candidate will have their own position group and recruiting area and must be willing to conduct the Intramurals programing during late night hours.     Texas A&M: Offensive line coach/run game coordinator Dave Christensen will earn $475,000 in 2015, equal to offensive coordinator Jake Spavital, according to Kate Hairopoulos of the Dallas Morning News.

    N.C. State: Per source, offensive coordinator Matt Canada has agreed to a three-year extension. Suffice it to say, he is no longer a candidate at Tennessee.

    Virginia Union (D-II): Former Meadowbrook High School head coach Troy Taylor has been named quarterbacks coach.

    Luther College (D-III – IA): Per source, Notre Dame College (D-II – OH) defensive coordinator Caleb Padilla has accepted the defensive coordinator post at Luther College.

    Missouri: Athletics director Mike Alden will step down effective August 31, according to multiple reports.

    Eastern Washington (FCS): Head coach Beau Baldwin has signed a five-year extension paying him $212,717 a year with $10,000 annual increases, according to the Spokane (Wash.) Spokesman-Review.

    NY Jets: The Jets have added Jimmie Johnson to coach the tight ends, Daylon McCutcheon as a defensive backs assistant and Ryan Slowik as a quality control assistant working with the defensive line.

    San Francisco 49ers: The Niners have announced that Tom Gamble has been named senior personnel executive.

    Muhlenberg (D-III – PA): Nate Milne has been named offensive coordinator / offensive line coach. Milne spent the past seven years in the same capacity at Susquehanna (D-III – PA).

    San Diego Chargers: The Chargers have hired 49ers head coach and Falcons defensive coordinator Mike Nolan as linebackers coach.

    Monmouth (D-III – IL): Benedictine College (D-III – IL) offensive line coach / offensive coordinator Joe Freitag, a 2006 grad of Monmouth, has been hired as offensive line coach / offensive coordinator for the Fightin Scots.

    Montreal Alouettes (Canada):  Montreal have hired Anthony Calvillo to coach the receivers. The organization added him to the staff back in December, but were unsure of what position he would coach until the official announcement today.

    Bill Clark: The former UAB and Jacksonville State head coach told AL.com he will not coach in 2015.

    Alabama: Alabama has announced Mel Tucker as defensive backs coach/assistant head coach and Jody Wright as director of player personnel.

    Wisconsin Whitewater (D-III): UWW defensive line / special teams coordinator Kevin Bullis is expected to be offered the head coaching position at Whitewater today, per source.

    Prairie View A&M: Prairie View A&M is currently looking for a home game. The two available dates are October 3rd and October 24th. Willing to pay a guarantee. Interested parties can contact coach Joe Henry at 501-680-1964.

    NY Jets: The Jets have named Rex Hogan their new senior director of college scouting. Hogan had previously been a national scout with the Chicago Bears.

    UNC Pembroke (D-II): LeDell Love has been hired as the new defensive line coach, per source. Love served as an administrative assistant working with the defensive line last season at Northwestern State (FCS – LA).

    Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles have officially promoted Ed Marynowitz (assistant director of player personnel) to vice president of player personnel.

    Rutgers: Former athletic director Tim Pernetti has been named president of IMG College Multimedia.

    Augustana (D-III – IL): Josh Kotecki has been hired as offensive coordinator / running backs coach at Augie. Kotecki previously coordinated the offense at Dakota Wesleyan University (NAIA – SD).

    Miles College (D-II – AL): We understand the offensive coordinator position on Reggie Ruffin’s staff at Miles is open. We also hear the new offensive coordinator might be able to bring / hire a position coach or two.

    Case Western Reserve (D-III – OH): Case Western has promoted linebackers coach Warren Miller to defensive coordinator. Miller spent his first two seasons as special teams coordinator / linebackers coach.

    Washington Redskins: Chad Grimm, the son of former Hog Russ Grimm, has been hired by the Redskins as a defensive quality control coach.

    Denver Broncos: Wade Phillips has been hired as the new defensive coordinator for Gary Kubiak and the Broncos. They’ve also hired Joe Woods as defensive backs coach. He previously served in a similar capacity for the Raiders, Vikings and Bucs.

    Florida State: Jimbo Fisher is college football’s latest $5 million man.

    San Francisco 49ers: Geep Chryst will be the offensive coordinator per NFL Network’s Albert Breer.

    Thomas More College (D-III – KY): Head coach Jim Hilvert has resigned and accepted the head coaching position at La Salle High School in Cincinnati.

    FootballScoop has crowned the statistical champions for all of college football for the 2014 season.

    Washington State: New defensive coordinator Alex Grinch will make $425,000 in the first year of his deal. Grinch was making $250,000 at Missouri.

    Oklahoma: Lincoln Riley’s deal at Oklahoma is two years at $500,000 per.

    Jacksonville Jaguars: The Jags are adding Nathaniel Hackett as their quarterbacks coach according to Ian Rapoport. Hackett coordinated the offense for the Bills last season.

    Washington Redskins: Washington has announced the hiring of former Chicago Bears quarterbacks coach Matt Cavanaugh to the same position.

    Oakland Raiders: The Raiders have offered Louisville DC Todd Grantham the same position, per Ian Rapoport. Sources have cautioned us that he very well might choose to stay. Will update… Update: Grantham has announced he will remain at Louisville.

    Adams State (D-II – CO): Per source, South Florida offensive grad assistant Jon Bills will be the new offensive line coach at Adams State.

    San Francisco 49ers: The 49ers have reached a two year agreement with Steve Logan to serve as their quarterbacks coach per Jeff Gravley who covers the team.

    FIU: Per source, Colgate outside linebackers coach Tem Lukabu has interviewed and is a strong candidate to join the FIU staff as linebackers coach. Lukabu spent the 2012 & 2013 seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers following a short stint as Fordham’s defensive coordinator.

    Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens have finalized their coaching staff with a few in-house adjustments and new hires. Assistant defensive backs coach Chris Hewitt has been promoted to defensive backs coach, defensive quality control / linebackers coach Matt Weiss will now coach the corners, and offensive assistant Richard Angulo has been promoted to tight ends coach. Also, Former Chicago Bears tight ends coach Andy Bischoff has joined the organization as a quality control coach and Drew Wilkins (coaching staff assistant) and Mike Macdonald (intern) have been named defensive assistants.

    Cleveland Browns: Joker Phillips is joining the Browns as receivers coach, per ESPN.

    VMI: New head coach Scott Wachenheim has announced the addition of eight assistant coaches; Dustin Ward (OC / QBs), Gordon Sammis (OL), Brad Robbins (WRs / internal recruiting coordinator), Tom Clark (DC / secondary), Mike Saint Germain (DL / external recruiting coordinator), Justin Wood (ILBs), Justin Hamilton (OLBs / ST co-coordinator), and Josh Zidenberg (assistant secondary / ST co-coordinator). Wachenheim noted that his hire for the running backs job will be announced soon, and that hire will complete his full-time staff.

    Alfred State (D-III – NY): Head coach Mick Caba will retire at the end of February after leading the program for the last 15 years. Caba is the winningest coach in program history (66 wins).

    Florida A&M: Alex Wood has announced six additions to his staff; Martin Spieler (OC / QBs), Theo Lemon (DC / DL), Richard Solomon (DBs), DJ McCarthy (WRs), and Dennis Smith (TE / STC). Also, Edwin Pata, who coached the offensive line last season for FAMU, has been retained.

    Missouri Baptist (NAIA): Missouri Baptist University, an NAIA school located in St. Louis, MO is looking for a defensive graduate assistant coach to start immediately. Looking for defensive line and secondary coaches, but will hire the best candidate regardless of position. Applicants must be strong in Christian faith and willing to work hard. Must be organized and proficient with Microsoft Office and Hudl. Pay is full tuition toward a Masters’ degree plus a $6,000 annual stipend.     Denver Broncos: Baltimore Ravens assistant special teams coach Tony Coaxum has been hired to the same position in Denver, per SI.

    San Bernardino Valley (CC – CA): Sources tell us that San Bernardino has posted their head coaching position.

    Hartwick (D-III – NY): Defensive coordinator Mike Tracy will not return, per source.

    Upper Iowa (D-II – IA): Per source, the Peacocks’ defensive coordinator Orv Otten is stepping down to pursue a career in private business.

    Florida A&M (FCS): Head coach Alex Wood has formally announced the hirings of Martin Spieler (offensive coordinator/quarterbacks), Theo Lemon (defensive coordinator/defensive line), Richard Solomon (defensive backs), Donald McCarthy (wide receivers) and Dennis R. Smith (tight ends/special teams). Offensive line coach Edwin Pata has been retained.

    Washington Redskins: Washington has hired Perry Fewell as defensive backs coach and Mike Clark as strength coach.

    Jacksonville Jaguars: The Jags have hired Kelly Skipper as running backs coach according to Ryan O’Halloran of the Florida Times-Union.

    Texas Tech: Defensive coordinator David Gibbs will earn $550,000 annually as part of a two-year deal, per the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal. While there is no buyout if he leaves for a head coaching job, or NFL job, Gibbs would owe $200,000 if he leaves for another Big 12 job, or $25,000 for an assistant coaching job outside of the Big 12.

    San Francisco 49ers: Philadelphia Eagles receivers coach Bob Bicknell is among the candidates for the open offensive coordinator job according to Albert Breer. Also, the Sacramento Bee is reporting that former Niners defensive lineman Aubrayo Franklin will join the staff as a defensive assistant.
