Georgia Southern: Offensive line coach Allen Mogridge has resigned we can confirm. Multiple local reports had this last night we are told.

Lane College (D-II – TN): Lane College is looking for a guarantee game on September 16th 2017, preferably an FCS opponent. If interested contact head coach / director of athletics Derrick Burroughs  at 731-421-7461.

Mixing Coverage and Pressure to Defend Empty: In years past, offenses would align in empty formations for two main reasons: to accentuate the talents of an athletic quarterback or to pick apart defenses that are forced into playing vanilla coverage structures. But these days it becomes necessary to defend both of these components by knowing when to play coverage and when to send pressure. The defensive staff at prep powerhouse Arlington High School (TX) spoke exclusively with X&O Labs detailing how they scheme against empty and 4-5 call package they use to defend gaps in the run game and neutralize opponents’ top pass threat. Read the exclusive report here.

Lincoln (D-II – MO): Lincoln University  is looking for a D2 or NAIA opponent on September 30, 2017. The game must be a home contest for us. Interested programs can email [email protected].
