South Alabama: Colquitt County HS defensive coordinator Travis Pearson will join the South Alabama staff working with the linebackers. 

Iowa State: With the hiring of Chris Klenakis, Bill Bleil will move to tight ends. 

Tennessee Titans: Adam Schefter is reporting that Gregg Williams is on the verge of becoming assistant head coach of the Titans

Dallas Cowboys: The team is set to hire Derek Dooley as its wide receivers coach according to Adam Schefter. 

Ole Miss: Ole Miss has agreed to pay Houston Nutt a $4.35 million lump sum to complete his contract buyout. 

Simon Fraser University (D-II - BC): Simon Fraser football is seeking qualified candidates for the defensive coordination position. Duties include, but are not limited to, devising and implementing a comprehensive defensive system, installation and management of defensive game plans, participation in the planning of in season and out of season practices, assist in the recruitment of outstanding student athletes, and any other duties assigned by the head coach. North Carolina: Sources tell us Illinois defensive line coach Keith Gilmore will join the staff at UNC in the same capacity.

Virginia Tech: The Hokies will pay offensive coordinator Scot Loeffler $150,000 through June 2014, when Loeffler's Auburn buyout expires. After that time, Virginia Tech will pay Loeffler $400,000 per year. Virginia Tech will pay offensive line coach Jeff Grimes will be paid $150,000 through June 2013, when his salary will jump to $265,000. Tight ends coach Bryan Stinespring will make $300,000. 

Lackawanna College: Former Pocono Mountain West offensive coordinator and Moravian College receivers coach Michael Behr has accepted the Lackawanna offensive line job. Offensive coordinator Josh Pardini and the rest of the offensive staff would like to thank all of the applicants for their overwhelming interest in Lackawanna. Nevada: Brian Polian has announced most of his staff (still has corners to hire). Recap: Nick Rolovich (OC/QBs), Jim Hofher (WRs/AHC), Jeff Genyk (STC/RBs), Ron Hudson (OL), James Spady (TEs), Scottie Hazelton (DC/LBs), Bill Teerlinck (DL), Mike Bradeson (Safeties). Ken Wilson will serve as assistant AD for football operations and Andy Vaughn has been retained as director of player personnel. 

University of San Diego: Sources tell us Ventura College (CA) quarterbacks / receivers coach Bobby Mooshagain has accepted the receivers job at USD. Quality young coach from a good football family. 

Michigan State: Defensive line coach Ted Gill will not return to the staff. 

McMurry (D-II - TX): Hal Mumme has announced his resignation as head coach. Offensive coordinator Mason Miller will be announced as the new head coach within the next few days.

Carolina Panthers: The Panthers have hired former Giants assistant Al Holcomb as their linebackers coach per Adam Schefter. 

Arkansas: Sources tell us Emporia State tight ends coach Patrick Doherty will join Bret Bielema's staff as offensive quality control. 

Oakland Raiders: Former Green Bay defensive coordinator Bob Sanders has joined the staff and will coach the linebackers. Sanders was with the Bills the past three seasons coaching the linebackers.

Kansas City Chiefs: NFL veteran Al Harris has joined the staff and will coach the secondary. The team also announced Mark DeLeone has been added as a quality control assistant. 

Georgia Tech: New athletic director Mike Bobinski will be paid $695,000 annually. He is scheduled to begin work at Georgia Tech on April 1. 

Edmonton Eskimos: Greg Marshall has been named defensive coordinator, and Doug Sams has joined the staff as offensive coordinator. Both coaches are veteran CFL assistants.

Iowa State: Sources tell us that former Arkansas offensive line coach Chris Klenakis will join the Iowa State staff as offensive line coach.

Seattle Seahawks: Matt Thomas has been hired as vice president of football administration. 

Northwestern State (FCS - LA): Sources tell us Ben Norton, former Texas State co-OC, will join the staff as offensive line coach. 

New York Jets: Former Philadelphia Eagles defensive quality control Bobby April Jr. will join the Jets' staff in a similar role we are told. 

Florida State: Former Arkansas director of football operations Mark Robinson has accepted the same position at Florida State. 

Jacksonville Jaguars: As we mentioned a few days ago, sources tell us University of San Diego defensive coordinator Mike Rutenberg has accepeted a defensive assistant position with the Jaguars. Rutenberg coached the defensive backs under DeWayne Walker at New Mexico State. 

Coffeyville CC (KS): Sources tell us that former Ohio State offensive lineman Jamie Sumner will be the next offensive line coach.

Dallas Cowboys: Rich Bisaccia is joining the Cowboys as special teams coordinator. The "Gruden" whispers are getting louder...

Auburn: With Bisaccia moving on, Tim Horton will move to running backs and Scott Fountain has been promoted to tight ends / special teams. 

Oregon: Sources tell us Mark Helfrich has targeted Duke receivers coach Matt Lubick (2012 Wide Receivers Coach of the Year) and a deal is close. Sources tell us Lubick's role will be receivers / recruiting coordinator at Oregon. Update> Sources tell us Lubick is "flying out today". 

Florida International: Former Yale head coach Tom Williams has joined Ron Turner's staff and will coach the linebackers. Also, Steve Shankweiler has been announced as the offensive line coach.

Virginia Tech: The following salaries have been released; Scot Loeffler ($400,000), offensive line coach Jeff Grimes ($265,000), receivers coach Aaron Moorehead ($150,000), tight ends coach / recruiting coordinator Bryan Stinespring ($300,000). Both Loeffler and Grimes will make $150,000 per year from the Hokies with Auburn paying the difference from their old contracts.

Sul Ross State (D-III - TX): Athletic director Kay Whitley and assistant football coach Shawn Brown have announced that they are stepping down, effective at the end of the spring semester. Additionally, head coach Wayne Schroeder's contract was not renewed.

Eastern Illinois: Sources tell us that Coffeyville CC offensive coordinator Matt Mattox has joined the Eastern Illinois staff as offensive line coach. 

Buffalo Bills: Sources tell us Eastern Michigan offensive line coach Kurt Anderson has accepted a position on the Buffalo Bills staff. 

Arkansas State: Former Arkansas defensive ends / special teams coordinator Steve Caldwell is joining the staff at Arkansas State as defensive line coach. The lone full-time spot open now at Arkansas State is receivers. 

Boston College: Temple defensive grad assistant Chris Trifone has joined the staff at Boston College in the same capacity.

Michigan State: The Board of Trustees has formally approved the renewal of Mark Dantonio's rolling five year contract to 2018.

Menlo College (NAIA - CA): Menlo College in Atherton, CA is an NAIA member and is seeking scheduling partnerships for both 2013 and 2014. We are centrally located about 30 miles from 3 major international airports in San Francisco, San Jose and Oakland. We need two home games and our open dates in 2013 are: September 7, October 5, November 2, November 9, November 16. We are open to travel and also will provide guarantee to come to us. Jacksonville Jaguars: Sources tell us FIU offensive line coach (and former Illinois offensive line coach) Luke Butkus is leaving FIU to become assistant offensive line coach for the Jags. 

Delta State (D-II - MS): Sources tell us that former Northwestern State offensive coordinator Todd Cooley will be the new head coach at Delta State.

Kansas City Chiefs: Mark DeLeone, who served as a defensive assistant with the Jets last season, has accepted a defensive quality control job with the Chiefs.

St. Louis Rams: The Rams have hired former Cowboys defensive coordinator Rob Ryan in the same capacity, according to Adam Schefter.

Jacksonville Jaguars: In addition to DeWayne Walker and Frank Scelfo, the team announced the hiring of George Yarno as offensive line coach this evening. 

St. Louis Rams: The Rams are hiring former Titans linebackers coach Frank Bush to the same position according to Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean. 

New Orleans Saints: The Saints have announced that defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo and secondary coach Ken Flajole have been relieved of their duties.

Central Michigan: Dan Enos announced the hiring of George Ricumstrict as CMU's defensive line coach today. Ricumstrict is a former Central Michigan linebacker and has previous coaching experience at Central Michigan, Indiana, Miami (OH), and Michigan State. 

East Central CC (MS): Sources tell us former Eastern Michigan offensive coordinator Ken Karcher will be the next head coach.

New Mexico State: Offensive coordinator Doug Martin will serve as interim head coach.

Oklahoma State: Mike Gundy has announced the addition of Jason Ray as receivers coach. Ray coached the receivers last season at Wyoming.

Wisconsin-Whitewater (D-III): Sources tell us that University of Mary offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki has joined the staff and will serve as the quarterbacks coach / recruiting coordinator.

Eastern Michigan: Sources tell us former Western Illinois offensive coordinator KiJuan Ware has been offered a spot on the staff at Eastern Michigan. Will update...

New York Jets: The New York Daily news is reporting that the Jets have decided to part ways with offensive line coach Dave DeGuglielmo. Update> We have learned that this report is inaccurate and DeGuglielmo is still with the jets at this time.

Louisiana Tech: Skip Holtz has now officially announced the hiring of Matt Moore as offensive line coach (we told you back on the 8th). Moore coached at Texas Tech from 2007-11 and spent the 2012 season at Middle Tennessee. 

BYU: Just an update at BYU... Former offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Brandon Doman will not return. Doman's a quality coach and person and should have opportunities in the league or at another quality program (likely as quarterbacks coach). BYU is being very thorough in searching for the right coaches to finalize the offensive staff. They still have quarterbacks and receivers open. Some very talented coaches such as Paul Peterson (offensive coordinator at Sacramento State), Daren Wilkinson (current CSU Pueblo offensive coordinator / quarterbacks), Max Hall (former BYU quarterback, student assistant last season), Jason Beck (former BYU quarterback and current Simon Fraser OC/QBs) and Steve Clark (Southern Utah offensive coordinator) have all interviewed some more than once. Utah's Aaron Roderick was set to join the BYU staff at one point; but then opted to stay at Utah. We'll keep you posted...  

West Texas A&M: Sources tell us defensive backs coach Nick Paremski will be promoted to defensive coordinator. Also hear linebackers coach Wendel Davis will join Colby Carthel at Texas A&M Commerce as linebackers coach. 

Central Michigan: Dan Enos' agreement has been extended one year (now runs through December 2016). Enos also received a $35,000 / year raise.  

Louisiana Monroe: As we reported two weeks ago, Todd Berry has now officially promoted Mario Price to inside receivers coach. 

Jacksonville Jaguars: Sources tell us New Mexico State head coach DeWayne Walker met with NMSU officials and listened; but as reported, he has accepted the Jacksonville defensive backs job. 

USC: USC has announced that defensive backs coach Marvin Sanders has "left the program". Defensive coordinator Clancy Pendergast will coach the secondary. 

ESPNU: Gene Chizik and Derek Dooley will serve as analysts for ESPNU on signing day. Could be fun.  

Wyoming: Sources tell us Cal Poly defensive line coach Jamar Cain has accepted the same position at Wyoming. 

Miami: Multiple outlets are reporting that Florida State offensive coordinator James Coley has informed Jimbo Fisher that he is leaving for the Miami offensive coordinator position.

Cleveland Browns: Mary Kay Cabot of the Plain Dealer is reporting that the Browns have hired former Colorado head coach Jon Embree to coach the tight ends. Also, Carolina Panthers defensive assistant Bobby Babich will join Rob Chudzinski's staff as assistant secondary coach. Further, Cowboys beat writer Clarence Hill reports that the Browns have added former Cowboys defensive line coach Brian Baker as outside linebackers coach.

LSU: Les Miles' contract has been extended through 2019. Miles will be paid $4.3 million per year under the agreement. 

Purdue: Sources tell us former North Carolina offensive coordinator John Shoop will join the Boilermaker staff as offensive coordinator.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Multiple outlets are reporting that former University of Arizona quarterbacks coach Frank Scelfo will join the Jags as the quarterbacks coach.

Tennessee Titans: Dave Ragone will coach the quarterbacks. He coached the receivers the past two seasons.

University of San Diego (FCS): Former FIU director of football operations Juan Lozano has accepted the same role at USD. 

Marian (NAIA - IN): Sources tell us North Carolina Wesleyan head coach Mark Henninger will be named head coach at Marian today. 

Arizona Cardinals: Former Carolina Panther defensive tackle Brentson Buckner is "finalizing a deal" to become defensive line coach of the Cardinals according to the Charlotte Observer. Buckner was an intern for the Steelers the past few seasons. 

Austin Peay: With head coach Rick Christophel accepting the tight ends job with the Arizona Cardinals, the University announced yesterday that defensive coordinator Granville Eastman will serve as interim head coach. 

Methodist University (D-III - NC): Methodist University is seeking an Intern Assistant Football Coach. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Defensive coaching experience preferred. Salary range is between $18,500 and $20,000 for a 10 month period. No housing or benefits.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to coaching a defensive position, recruiting, academic monitoring and support, video, scouting, equipment control, and assisting the Head Coach in all phases of the program. Cornell: Sources tell us Princeton defensive coordinator Jared Backus has been offered the associate head coach position at Cornell. Also, we're hearing that Wagner offensive coordinator Jason Houghtaling will be the new offensive coordinator.

Lindsey Wilson (NAIA - KY): Rod Ojong has accepted a graduate assistant position at Lindsey Wilson College and will work with the linebackers. Ojong coached the linebackers this past season at Monmouth College (D-III - IL).

Morehead State (FCS - KY): Sources tell us Olivet College offensive line coach Patrick St. Louis will join the Morehead State staff in the same capacity.

Dallas Cowboys: The Cowboys are trying to hire Rich Bisaccia away from Auburn according to the Dallas Morning News who reports that a deal could be done tomorrow. We will update. 

Cal: Sonny Dykes announced the hiring of Garret Chachere this afternoon as defensive ends coach. Chachere coached the tight ends / special teams at Southern Miss last season and was at Arizona from '09-'11. 

Nassau Community College (NY): We hear linebackers coach Sylas Pratt has been promoted to defensive coordinator. 

UC Davis (FCS): Michigan offensive grad assistant Bryan Wright has been named running backs coach at Davis. 

Oakland Raiders: Tony Sparano has now officially been named offensive line / assistant head coach. 

TCU: DeMontie Cross (linebackers) and Curtis Luper (receivers) have been officially added to the staff. 

Cleveland Browns: Former West Virginia assistant Daron Roberts has accepted a position with the Browns' staff.

Florida International: Cameron Turner has been named FIU's quarterbacks / receivers coach. Cameron is the son of FIU head coach Ron Turner.

Presentation College (D-III - SD): Head coach Andy Carr has made a few hirings and adjustments to the coaching staff. Pat McCarthy (previously the offensive line coach at Culver-Stockton) has been hired as the co-offensive coordinator and will coach the running backs / fullbacks / tight ends. Former Winona State player, Jason Enos, has been hired as the offensive restricted earnings assistant and will be the assistant offensive line coach. Michael Budziszewski has moved from running backs / fullbacks / tight ends to the role of offensive coordinator overseeing quarterbacks and receivers. Presentation is still looking to fill the defensive restricted earnings position.

Alfred University (D-III - NY): Alfred University is now accepting applications for a Graduate Assistant Football Coach. The position includes free graduate school and a small stipend. All interested applicants should mail a resume and references to Alfred University Football, Attention Bob Rankl, McLane Center, Alfred, NY 14802.

New Mexico State: Sources tell us that DeWayne Walker plans to meet with New Mexico State officials later today. We are told the University very much would like to keep Walker. We will update...

This position will assist the head football coach with maintaining a competitive Division I-FCS football program. San Diego Chargers: Ron Milus has been hired to coach the secondary. Milus coached the defensive backs in Denver last season.

Philadelphia Eagles: Miami Dolphins assistant special teams coordinator Dave Fipp is joining the Eagles' staff as special teams coordinator according to CSN Philly

UConn: Former Penn State assistant Kermit Buggs has been officially hired as running backs / special teams coordinator at UConn. 

Cleveland Browns: The Browns have announced the additions of Louie Cioffi (defensive backs), Shane Steichen (offensive quality control), and Joe Cullen (defensive line).

Louisville: Charlie Strong will receive an eight-year contract worth $3.7 million per year according to Brett McMurphy of ESPN. 

USC: Defensive backs coach Marvin Sanders will not be retained, according to Scott Schrader of 247 Sports

Wofford: Kevin Adleman has joined the staff as linebackers coach, as announced by head coach Mike Ayers. Adleman spent last season as the defensive coordinator at Brevard College (D-II - NC).

South Florida: Willie Taggart has announced that Larry Scott will work with the tackles and tight ends and Ray Woodie will coach the linebackers.

Lenoir-Rhyne (D-II - NC): Former Davidson head coach Tripp Merritt has joined the staff and will coach the receivers.

North Park University (D-III - IL): Sources tell us that Akron offensive grad assistant John Bear will be named offensive coordinator.

Kutztown University (D-II - PA): Sources tell us that current offensive coordinator Drew Folmar will be named head coach. An official announcement will come later today.

Illinois: Former NC State offensive line coach Jim Bridge has been named offensive line coach at Illinois.

Mount St. Joseph (D-III - OH): Boone County HS (KY) head coach Rick Thompson has joined the staff as special teams coordinator / linebackers coach.

Philadelphia Eagles: Multiple outlets are reporting that former NFL tight end Justin Peelle will join the staff.

Texas College (NAIA): Texas College is looking for a home game Aug. 31st 2013. Will travel in 2014. Please contact head coach George Cumby at 903-330-2489 to discuss.

Morehead State (FCS - KY): Rod West, Texas A&M-Commerce defense backs coach, has been hired to coordinate the special teams and coach the defensive backs.

Purdue: Buffalo defensive line coach Jappy Oliver is "likely" to be named defensive line coach at Purdue per the local rivals site Gold and Black. 

Auburn: Sources tell us that Arkansas State defensive graduate assistant Cam Clark has joined the Auburn staff in the same capacity.

Austin Peay (FCS - TN): Sources tell us head coach Rick Chirstophel is likely to accept a position with the Arizona Cardinals. We'll keep you posted. 

Missouri Southern (D-II): Sources tell us that Wisconsin-Whitewater (D-III) quarterbacks coach H.T. Kinney has accepted a position on the staff.

New York Jets: Sources in New York confirm to us that Fresno State secondary coach Tim McDonald has accepted a position on the Jets staff. McDonald was a finalist for the 2012 FootballScoop Defensive Backs Coach of the Year.

Elon: Former Delaware assistant head coach / linebackers coach Brad Sherrod has been named defensive coordinator.

Redlands (D-III - CA): The University of Redlands is taking applications for a Defensive Football Graduate Assistant- Secondary Coach. Bachelor’s degree and admission to one of the University of Redlands graduate programs is required. Tuition remission for graduate school, a monthly stipend, and meal plan are provided. Texas A&M: Multiple outlets are reporting Kevin Sumlin has hired Indiana special teams coordinator/defensive tackles coach Mark Hagen to be the Aggies' linebackers coach. 

UConn: Former Cincinnati receivers coach T.J. Weist has officially been named offensive coordinator. He will also coach the receivers.

Indianapolis Colts: Joe Gilbert has been promoted to offensive line coach. Gilbert spent last season with the team as the assistant offensive line coach.

Indiana State: Mike Sanford has announced the additions of Brian Sheppard (quarterbacks / passing game coordinator), Jami Deberry (tight ends coach / special teams coordinator), Anthony Perkins (secondary).

Widener University (D-III - PA): College of New Jersey offensive coordinator Bobby Acosta has been announced as the new head coach.

Elmhurst College (D-III - IL): Joe Adam has officially been named head coach at Elmhurst.

Earlham College (D-III - IN): Earlham College is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Football Coach — Defense. Earlham is a member of NCAA Division III and the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference. Intercollegiate athletics is valued as an integral part of the liberal arts education at Earlham. Qualifications -A bachelor’s degree and Experience coaching or playing defense. Salary: This 10-month appointment is $19,000 or $17,000 plus housing. Jacksonville Jaguars: Gus Bradley has announced the addition of New Orleans Saints special teams coach Mike Mallory as their special teams coordinator.

Cleveland Browns: Multiple outlets are reporting that Jacksonville defensive line coach Joe Cullen will join the staff.

San Diego Chargers: Running backs coach Ollie Wilson will return for his 11th season with the team.

Shenandoah (D-II - VA): Sources tell us that Joe Jacoby is still on staff at this time.

Dallas Cowboys: Calvin Watkins is reporting that Jason Garrett will hand the offensive play calling duties to offensive line coach Bill Callahan.

Grand Valley State (D-II - MI): Bill Brechin has been hired as the new receivers coach. Brechin has served as the offensive grad assistant at Notre Dame for the past three seasons, and is a graduate of Grand Valley.

Bluefield College (NAIA - VA): Will King has been hired as defensive coordinator, and Joe Perri has been brought on as offensive line coach.

Detroit Lions: Former Eagles assistant Jim Washburn will join the Lions staff as a defensive assitant, according to USA Today.

Garden City CC (KS): Matt Miller has been named head coach. Miller served as the offensive coordinator last season.

Florida: Brad Lawing has been named assistant head coach at Florida, and will coach the defensive line along with current assistant Bryant Young.

New Orleans Saints: Sean Payton has been reinstated, effective immediately.

Arizona Cardinals: Delaware defensive coordinator / safeties coach Nick Rapone is joining Bruce Arians' staff as secondary coach.

San Diego Chargers: Mike McCoy recently announced that he has retained linebackers coach Joe Barry and assistant linebackers coach Greg Williams.

Cleveland Browns: Rob Chudzinski has added Scott Turner (receivers), and Mike Sullivan (offensive line) to the staff. George Warhop will also coach the offensive line and Chris Tabor will remain with the special teams, both of which were retained from the previous staff.

Chicago Bears: We hear Montreal Alouettes offensive coordinator / offensive line coach Pat Meyer will join Marc Trestman's staff as assistant offensive line coach.
