Kennesaw State: Georgia State equipment manager Jay Bailey has accepted the director of football operations position at Kennesaw State.
Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens added former St. Louis Rams head coach and, most recently, New Orleans Saints defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo to be a full-time senior defensive consultant.

Michigan: Sources tell us that director of football operations Bob Lopez will be promoted to associate athletic director for football administration and that Southern Miss director of football operations Nolan Jones will be the new director of football operations.
Arkansas Tech (D-II): Arkansas Tech University is accepting applications for a full time offensive line coach. The position involves teaching physical education classes and responsibility for football team equipment. The position involves teaching physical education classes and in charge of football team equipment. Required Qualifications: Master's Degree, Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, and experience with Hudl. Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Physical Education or related field and experience at the collegiate level. Texas State: Head coach Dennis Franchione has received a new five-year deal worth $400,000 annually, beginning in 2014.
Montana State - Northern (NAIA): MSU-Northern is looking for an assistant coach for the upcoming 2013 season. This position could be a combination of stipend and graduate studies scholarships. Coaching duties would include: Assisting with DB’s; film study and breakdown; assisting with in-season weightlifting/conditioning. Coach would need to be available by August 1, 2013 or sooner. St. Olaf (D-III - MN): Former St. Louis Park HS (MN) head coach Vince Varpness has joined the coaching staff at St. Olaf College.
Langston University (NAIA - OK): Langston University is seeking a full time Wide Receivers Coach for the 2013 football season. This assistant will be responsible for coaching their own position group and recruiting both in the state of Oklahoma and around the country. Albany State (D-II - GA): Albany State is in search of a new offensive coordinator after Uyl Joyner resigned Wednesday for a positon on his brother Corey's staff at Dougherty High School.
Concord (D-II - WV): Head coach Garin Justice announced Thursday that defensive line coach Pat Dawson will also serve as recruiting coordinator in 2013.
Wheaton College (D-III - IL): Josiah Sears has been named offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach at Wheaton. Sears spent the past five seasons at Franklin College (D-III - IN) in the same capacity.
Wisconsin - Stevens Point (D-III): UWSP, in the WIAC, is looking for a game in 2015, Week 2: Sept. 12th preferred but will consider Week 4: Sept. 26th. Matt Malaspina becomes director of college scouting and Mike Williams becomes director of pro personnel. Justin Chabot moves up to national scout, Steve Rubio to regional scout and Josh Williams to pro personnel scout.

Knox College (D-III - IL): Knox College, a member of the MWC, has a restricted earnings job open for an Offensive Skill Position Coach. Responsibilities include coaching your own position, recruiting both on and off campus, working with special teams, and other duties assigned by the head coach. The position pays $10,000 and includes a campus meal when classes are in session. There is no housing or other benefits. The position starts July 1. Azusa Pacific: At Azusa Pacific, we hear head coach Victor Santa Cruz plans to fill coach Shoemaker's position from within the staff. We hear defensive coordinator Brian WIllmer will now also coach the Mikes and Rovers and Gabe Higerd will coach the safeties. No openings on the staff at this time.
Missouri S&T (D-II): Missouri S&T has hired Michael Burton away from Missouri Western as running backs coach and former Azusa Pacific linebackers coach/video coordinator/recruiting coordinator Kyle Shoemaker as defensive backs coach.
Tennessee: Athletic director Dave Hart has received a one year extension (now under contract through September 2018) and a $50,000 retention bonus. Hart's annual compensation is now listed as $817,250 (4th highest among SEC ADs).
Berry College (D-III - GA): Sources tell us that Ossie Buchannon, most recently defensive backs coach at University of the South - Sewanee, has accepted the receivers job at Berry College.

Alfred State (D-III - NY): Alfred State College, located in Western New York is seeking a full time assistant football coach/equipment. This is a 12 month position with benefits. Alfred State will be in our first provisional year of NCAA Division III in the fall of 2013. Job Description: Assist the head football coach in all facets of coaching and administrating an NCAA Division III intercollegiate athletic program. This position requires close working relationships with the head coach, athletic department staff and other key constituents. This position also serves as the Equipment Manager with primary responsibilities for purchase, repair, storage, laundering, inventory and distribution of athletic apparel and equipment.
