Texas: Derek Ochoa has been hired as director of creative services for football. Ochoa previously served in a similar capacity on the LSU staff, and we highlighted his work in this piece.
College of Idaho (NAIA): Tim Keane has been named the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at College of Idaho. Keane previously coached the offensive line at UC Davis under current College of Idaho head coach Mike Moroski.
Wisconsin - Oshkosh (D-III): UW-Oshkosh is seeking games for September 6th, September 20th, and September 27th for the 2014 season. Prefer to play D3 opponent, but open to D2 and NAIA teams. Frostburg State (D-III - MD): Frostburg State University is seeking a Graduate Assistant Coaches for Football - Defensive Secondary or Defensive Line. This position will also be responsible for providing athletic coaching, supervision, recruiting, academic monitoring, and other duties related to the sport of football as assigned by the head coach. The primary coaching role of this position is to coach, develop, evaluate and monitor the defensive backs or the defensive lineman. Successful candidates must possess the ability to learn and utilize DV Sport Editing Software. Applicants must possess previous playing experience. Bachelor’s degree required and 3.0 GPA to be admissible to desired graduate program if offered position. This position is granted 12 credit hours tuition waiver per term and 30 credit hours per 12 month cycle. A $2500.00 stipend is paid per semester. Assumption College (D-II - MA): Former West Virginia Wesleyan head coach Jonas Jackson has joined the staff this spring as linebackers coach.
Fort Hays State (D-II - KS): We are told that the graduate assistant position has been filled.
St. Scholastica (D-III - MN): Sources tell us that Fort Hays State (D-II - KS) graduate assistant Ryan Allgood, who coached the tight ends and fullbacks, will be the new offensive line coach at St. Scholastica.
UCLA: Special teams coordinator Jeff Ulbrich has added the title of assistant head coach. Ulbrich was a 2012 finalist for our Special Teams Coordinator of the Year.

Tennessee: Sources tell us senior associate AD David Blackburn is a finalist for the AD position at Chattanooga.
Boston College: Sources tell us Shane Morin has left the St. Louis Rams to assume the role of assistant operations director at Boston College.
Florida: According to Scott Carter of GatorZone.com, defensive tackles coach Bryant Young has decided to resign in order to spend more time with his family. Update> Will Muschamp has confirmed the news.
James Madison: Sources tell us that Valdosta State co-defensive coordinator / defensive line coach Earl Chambers has joined the James Madison staff and will coach the tight ends.
Western New Mexico (D-II): Western New Mexico University still has an open date on September 14th 2013. We need a home game , but might consider traveling in the right situation. Please contact Head Coach Adam Clark at aclark@wnmu.edu.

Western Michigan: We hear that IUP defensive backs coach Tyler Scudder has left the staff and accepted a recruiting coordinator position at Western Michigan.
Alma (D-III - MI): Alma College, in Alma, Michigan, is accepting applications for the position of Offensive Assistant Football Coach (preference WR/RB/OL). This is a restricted earnings position. Chattanooga: The school has narrowed its athletic director search down to three people, announced interim chancellor Grady Bogue. Those names won't be released until next week though, when the school brings them to campus for interviews.
Huntingdon (D-III - AL): Defensive assistant Fred Brock has accepted the head coach and athletic director job at St. Jude HS (AL).
Cal Poly: Receivers coach Juston Wood will now coach the quarterbacks, and offensive line / co-offensive coordinator Saga Tuitele will take over play calling responsibilities, according to The Tribune.
University of Regina (Canada): Former Saskatchewan Roughriders linebackers coach Alex Smith, and former Regina quarterback Marc Mueller have joined the staff. Smith will coach the special teams and Mueller will coach the quarterbacks. Also, former player Charlie McCrystal has been added to the staff and will coach the defensive backs.

Old Dominion (FCS - VA): Former Boston College defensive line coach Jeff Comissiong will be hired as Old Dominion's assistant head coach and defensive line coach according to Harry Minium of the Norfolk Virginian-Pilot.
Northwestern: Sources tell us Dan Hernandez, former offensive grad assistant / assistant DFO at FIU under Mario Cristobal, has accepted an offensive quality control position at Northwestern.
Rutgers: Former dean Carl Kirschner has been named interim athletic director, according to multiple outlets. Kirschner also served as an interim AD for the University back in 2009.
Morgan State (FCS - MD): Head coach Donald Hill-Eley has announced four new staff members: offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Gordon Gregory, defensive coordinator/linebackers coach Jerry Holmes, offensive line coach Marcus Gladden and defensive backs coach/special teams co-coordinator LeAndre Creamer.
Chaffey College (CC - CA): Head coach Robert Hadaway has announced his staff: assistant head coach and defensive coordinator James Stewart, linebackers coach Bob Monk, defensive line coach Paul Unga, offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach David Portz, offensive line coach Kiyoshi Harris, wide receivers coach Artie Allen, running backs coach Binky Benton and tight ends coach/director of football operations Lance Pfeiffer. Hadaway will handle the cornerbacks.
FAU: Carl Pelini is looking to hire a director of player personnel. Read more about his plans here.
Rutgers: Former athletic director Tim Pernetti will receive a settlement total of about $1.25 million, according to the Star-Ledger.
Merrimack (D-II - MA): Head Coach Dan Curran has rounded out his coaching staff and their roles. Mike Gennetti will serve as associate head coach / defensive coordinator, Pat O'Toole will coach the defensive line and also hold the title of director of football ops, Mike DiCenso will coach the offensive line, and John Kuhne will coach the running backs and coordinate the special teams. Gennetti, O'Toole, DiCenso and Kuhne were all part of last year's staff. Curran has also added Andrew Dresner (quarterbacks / recruiting coordinator), Michael Romanella (offensive assistant), Patrick Graham (linebackers), and Jake Babin (assistant director of football ops).
Tennessee: Director of recruiting J.R. Sandlin is no longer with the program.
Cortland State (D-III - NY): Former Cortland State All American offensive lineman Bill Castro has been promoted to offensive line coach. Castro spent last season as the assistant offensive line coach.

Midwestern State (D-II - TX): Quarterbacks coach Adam Austin has been promoted to offensive coordinator and offensive line coach Alex Herron has added the title of run game coordinator. Also, defensive backs coach Gary McGraw has added recruiting coordinator to his responsibilities and former Kent State offensive grad assistant Darren Paige has been hired to coach the receivers.
Brockport State (D-III - NY): Sources tell us that Cortland State (D-III - NY) offensive line coach Steven Potter has accepted the same position on the Brockport State staff.
Central Michigan: Archie Collins, a Michigan State grad assistant since 2010, has been announced as the new corners coach.
Sul Ross State (D-III - TX): Sources tell us that Victor Valley (CC - CA) defensive backs coach Demond Littles is heading to Sul Ross State to coach the defensive backs.
Northern Illinois: Sources tell us that Bucknell DFO Dan Wolfe will join the Northern Illinois staff in an operations role.
