Photos: The top 14 schedule posters of 2015 from around college football (Featured)

Over the past few months, college programs across the country have been releasing their schedule accompanied by an artist's touch in an effort to build some excitement for the 2015 season. While a lot of the posters that have been unveiled have been really nice, there are a handful (14 by my count) that lead the pack.

Just as we did with the 2014 schedule posters, we decided to take took a look at all the schedule posters from around college football, ranging from the NAIA and D-III level, all the way up to the big boys of the FBS and pick out some of the best ones.

Some of them deserve some brief commentary, while others (like a piece of art in a gallery) speak for themselves.

Louisiana Tech - Anytime that you can give the offensive and defensive lineman some love on a schedule poster, you've earned brownie points with me, and this one has a lot of that, along with a classy artistic touch.

Auburn - The Auburn mantra under Gus Malzahn - Fast. Physical. Football. The only word missing on this one is #BOOM.

Linfield (D-III - OR) - Back in November of the 2014 season, Linfield linebacker Parker Moore was stabbed to death, so with Moore in the hearts and minds of the players and staff entering the 2015 season, Linfield appropriately incorporated Moore's name in their slogan for the season.

Georgia Tech - This one is cool on so many different levels

West Virginia - The Mountaineers may be the only program in the country with schedule posters dedicated to offense and defense. The offensive one features the word ATTACK, and one for defense has DEFEND in big bold letters. Interesting strategy.

Washington State - Working the players into the contours of the flag is a pretty cool idea.

Arkansas - With seemingly every other program in the country going the ultra-artistic route, Bret Bielema and Arkansas decided to go the "Uncommon" route and use the minimalist approach.

Tennessee: A good Butch Jones picture and some Photoshop...what more do you need in a schedule poster from Knoxville?

Kansas - A clean, simple and classy design here from Kansas.

Buffalo - Buffalo has a new head coach in Lance Leipold, and an overall new vibe surrounding the program - both of which are communicated in this poster.

Cincinnati - Love the collage of players on the uniform here, and it also highlights the return of Cincinnati to Nippert Stadium.

VirginiaTech - This is another very well done one, and one of my personal favorites.

Western Michigan - For PJ Fleck, incorporating his "Row The Boat" mantra into every nook and cranny of the Western Michigan program continues with the 2015 schedule poster (notice how the background for each opponent is part of an oar).

Assumption (D-II - MA) - It's always nice to see the non-Division I program churn out a quality product like this.
