Quincy University will announce three hires this week, including two new coordinators, sources told FootballScoop on Monday. Quincy is a Division II school located in Quincy, Ill. The Hawks compete in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.

Kade Warner will be the Hawks' offensive coordinator, sources confirmed to FootballScoop. The hiring was first reported over the weekend by Kade's father, Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt. Warner played wide receiver at Nebraska and Kansas State from 2017-22, then spent time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Houston Roughnecks and San Antonio Brahmas.

Elsewhere, Quincy is hiring Dan McKeown as its new defensive coordinator. McKeown comes to Quincy after one season as the defensive coordinator at nearby Western Illinois, five seasons in the role at Saginaw Valley State, and two at Lawrence Tech. In 2023, McKeown's SVSU defense ranked second in the GLIAC in sacks and interceptions while leading the league with five defensive touchdowns. The unit led the conference with 183 passing yards allowed per game and ranked fourth at 115 rushing yards per game surrendered.

Finally, Quincy is hiring Millikin (D-III - IL) offensive line coach Jeff Fantuzzi to the same position, sources told FootballScoop. Fantuzzi joined the Millikin staff in January after spending 2024 as the offensive line coach and run game coordinator at Adams State (D-II - CO). His one season there saw the Grizzlies allow 10 fewer sacks than they did in 2023. Prior to Adams State, Fantuzzi was the offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator at Northern Michigan in 2023, where his unit ranked among the top three in the GLIAC in yards per carry and sacks allowed.

The Hawks are in spring football now, preparing for their second season under head coach Jason Killday after a 5-4 debut campaign.
