Texas A&M: Georgia graduate assistant Nick Williams is leaving to join Jimbo Fisher’s staff as a defensive analyst.

Barry Alvarez: Coach Alvarez apparently has a new gig lined up.

Temple: Offensive analyst Jake Landry has now officially been promoted to quarterbacks coach, filling the role vacated when Craig Harmon resigned earlier this Spring.

Scoop Him Up: Due to a head coaching change, Buddy Blevins will no longer be with the Western New Mexico program. The 2019 D-II Coordinator of the Year finalist has led national record-setting offenses at Fort Valley State, Trinity International and Oklahoma Panhandle State. Buffalo: According to a report, Mo Linguist is bringing a veteran defensive coordinator to Buffalo, and its someone he has experience with.

UW-Whitewater (D-III): Per source, offensive graduate assistant Trey Anderson has been promoted to running backs coach.

Rochester Community and Technical College (JC – MN): Rochester Community & Technical College is looking to hire 2 position coaches (wide receivers and linebackers).  Air Raid/Spread Offense, Multiple Defense. These are part-time temporary positions that pay an in-season stipend. Responsibilities include coaching position group, running position meetings, Hudl input, strength & conditioning duties, and recruiting obligations. Presbyterian (FCS – SC): Offensive coordinator Joey Orck is being retained on Kevin Kelley’s staff, as is director of player personnel Kent Haltiwanger The Herald Online shares.

Chattanooga (FCS): Assumption College (D-II – MA) offensive coordinator Tommy Galt has been named offensive line coach for the Mocs.

Memphis: Director of football operations Sam Curtis has left to accept a position as the manager of football partnerships at Teamworks.

Langston (NAIA – OK): Langston University is currently accepting applications for a graduate assistant football coach on Offense for the 2021 season. Primary duties will include assisting the Quarterbacks, opponent film breakdown, tracking recruiting activity, and other duties assigned by the Offensive Coordinator & Head Coach. Candidates with strong communication and computer skills are preferred. Benefits: Tuition, Monthly Stipend, Commuters meal plan. Qualifications: (1) Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree program; (2) Experience competing in intercollegiate athletics or (3) experience working in a collegiate football program. Michigan: Longtime Wolverines staff member Claiborne Green has been promoted from director of academic services to director of football administration.

Western Carolina (FCS): Per source, Kerwin Bell and Western Carolina have nearly completed their coaching staff with a few new hires.

Lincoln (D-II – CA): Running backs coach Christian Williams has added the title of recruiting coordinator, per source.

Tusculum (D-II – TN): Cody Edwards – Associate Head Coach/Defensive Coordinator, Kyle Dickey – Offensive Coordinator, Chris Anderson – Wide Receivers, Payton Dixon – Tight Ends, Malik Slater – Defensive Line, Malik Goodman – Defensive Backs, Greg McGruder – Offensive GA. All positions that were opened with the departure of several of our coaches to Western Carolina have been filled, except for Offensive Line. We are in the process of hiring a full-time Offensive Line Coach, and we have already identified potential candidates. At this time we have no other full-time openings on our staff.

Brian Jenkins: The former 4-time MEAC Coach of the Year has landed a new job.

Stetson (FCS – FL): Head coach Roger Hughes has stepped down to take on a new challenge. A national search has begun.

Tom Brady: The NFL veteran wants to see some modern changes brough to the NFL off season and is imploring players to push for some much-needed offseason changes.

East Coast Prep (Postgrad – MA):East Coast Prep is seeking a dedicated, passionate, high energy football coach, with experience playing and/or coaching the offensive line. This seasonal, on-campus position includes a generous stipend, housing, and a full meal plan. This position reports August 15, 2021 and concludes December 1, 2021. Responsibilities include coaching the offensive line, academic support, and other duties designated by the HC. We are seeking a candidate that will work hard, develop player relationships, and assist our aspiring college football players in their recruiting process.
