Big Ten: Megan Rowley has been promoted to assistant director of Communications, Matt Braunscheidel has been promoted to associate director of Video Services, and Joseph Hamata has been promoted to assistant director of video services.

Conference USA: Former UAB AD Brian Mackin has been named deputy commissioner of C-USA, effective Aug. 1.

Southland Conference: Edd Henderson has been promoted to senior associate commissioner for internal operations, Jenny McGhee to senior associate commissioner for external operations, Bruce Ludlow to associate commissioner for sports operations, Chris Mycoskie to associate commissioner for broadcast and new media, John Payne to director of business operations, George Stieren to associate commissioner for strategic communications, and Travis Day to information director.

Baylor: North Carolina head athletic trainer Kenny Boyd has been hired as Baylor's senior associate AD for student health and wellness.

San Jose State: Navy senior associate AD Steve O'Brien has been announced as deputy AD.

Colorado State: Executive associate AD Steve Cottingham has been promoted to deputy AD.

Oregon: AD Rob Mullens signed an extension in October that runs through 2024 and pays him $717,500 annually, according to the Eugene Register-Guard.

Louisiana-Monroe: East Carolina executive associate AD Nick Floyd will be ULM's new AD.

Saint Mary's: Stanislaus State AD Mike Matoso has been named the AD at Saint Mary's College, effective July 19.
