Ohio State: New President of Ohio State, Dr. Michael Drake will make $800,000 per year in base salary plus $200,000 / year in deferred compensation under his new five year agreement. He will also receive tenure, up to $50,000 / year in research funds and other benefits. As the chancellor of University of California Irvine, Drake made $401,115 in base salary. As a point of reference, Ohio State athletic director Gene Smith recently signed a new agreement paying him between $1.1 million and $1.5 million per year.

Ball State: Ball State is seeking a coordinator of athletic development. Responsibilities include coordinating Cardinal Varsity Club operations and activities; provide administrative support for the Director of Athletic Development, plan and execute cultivation events and coordinate annual membership drive, etc...
Fresno State: Steve Robertello has been promoted to senior associate athletics director for intercollegiate services. Robertello has sport supervision for men's and women's basketball, tennis, baseball, softball, women's soccer and volleyball. He also oversees compliance, student-athlete services, sports medicine and strength & conditioning.
New Hampshire: The Wildcats have announced plans for a brand-new football/soccer facility to be known as West Stadium. The facility is expected to open in late 2015.
Towson: Athletics director Tim Leonard says the Tigers lost $50,000 in their run to the FCS title game, but did gain $150,000 in donations.
Penn: Penn's 14-member advisory board will host two open forums to discuss its ongoing athletics director search this week.
